Quarto excelente, café da manhã muito bom, bem localizado

Um lindo hotel em uma linda área com uma incrível concierge chamado Clara. Bogotá está experimentando um ressurgimento especialmente em torno do Four Seasons. Você poderia passar um mês aqui e não passar por todos os restaurantes em um raio não tão distante. O hotel fica no centro de tudo e ao lado do Sofitel Hotel. Os quartos são espaçosos e bem decorados com um enorme chuveiro com um chuveiro e um design aberto (pense não portas em dois lados) por isso nunca realmente deixa fumegante quente. Também a superfície do lavatório do chuveiro é de vidro transparente que encontra o espelho, o que contribui para um efeito legal, mas para qualquer um com um toque de TOC enlouquecerá por causa das gotas (as donas-de-casa merecem pagamento duplo apenas por esta limpeza). O elevador se encaixa duas pessoas com a bagagem e há apenas um elevador que não é um problema para pessoas que podem tomar as escadas que eu sempre faço. Tenha cuidado, no entanto, se você estiver vindo do nível do mar, sentirá a mudança de altitude. Para todas as reservas de passeios ou restaurantes, peça Clara. Ela é maravilhosa e tão bem informada.

Best hotel in Bogotá

Let me make something perfectly clear before writing this review: if this hotel had not been a Four Seasons property, even if it came at this price point, I would have easily given it five stars out of five. But as a Four Seasons property, I expected perfection - and while the hotel came close, it certainly feel just slightly short of what I'd expect. In particular, the rooms could have been better maintained. The vanity mirror, for instance, had a loose hinge, so that it wouldn't lock into position - this was no problem for me, but I imagine that if somebody wanted to apply make up or whatever, it would have been a problem for them. The physical door lock also was not working when I first checked into the room, but the front desk had that fixed within a few hours of my logging the concern. Finally, I wish the concierge had been a little more responsive; my Avianca flight out of Quito was delayed by about two hours, and I was trying to quickly get information about a tour that I had scheduled the afternoon of my arrival. While the whole tour ultimately did go ahead without a hitch and get sorted, I would have appreciated a more responsive staff in that case. As I said, however, overall this hotel would be worth five out of five stars under any conventional metric. But the Four Seasons brand really is something special; a Four Seasons location ought not just to be good lodging, but a destination in its own right. In this aspect, the Four Seasons Bogotá still has a little way to go, especially regarding the maintenance of their rooms. But I would still highly recommend anybody visiting Bogotá to stay here.

Como você esperaria de quatro temporadas. Embora eu tivesse que chamar um fã uma das noites - eu preciso do quarto muito frio, e o termostato só diminui em uma certa quantia. Ótimo serviço em contrário.

Tivemos um tempo maravilhoso no Four Seasons. Embora apenas ficamos por uma noite, a equipe foi acima e além para tornar a nossa estadia memorável. Especialmente porque tivemos um vôo noturno após o check-out, eles nos permitiram usar todas as comodidades, academia, sauna a vapor, chuveiros, etc. Perfeito por toda parte.

As you'd expect of a four seasons. Though I did have to call for a fan one of the nights - I need the room very cold, and the thermostat goes only lower by a certain amount. Great service otherwise.

Probably the best hotel in Bogotá, prices are reasonable and service is good. We had a big nice suite but the bathroom and wardrobe could definitely have been planned better.

We had an amazing time at the Four Seasons. Even though we only stayed for one night, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Especially since we had a late night flight after our check out, they kindly allowed us to use all the amenities, the gym, steam room, showers, etc. Perfect all around.

Had an excellent stay. The hotel staff was extremely helpful - going as far as finding us tickets to a sold-out show the day of the event. Rooms were well appointed and food was very good.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area with an amazing concierge named Clara.Bogota is experiencing a resurgence especially around the Four Seasons.You could spend a month here and not get through all of the restaurants in a not-so-far radius.The hotel is in the center of it all and next door to the Sofitel Hotel.The rooms are spacious and well appointed with a huge shower with one shower head and an open design (think no doors on two sides) so it never really gets steamy warm.As well the shower sink surface is clear glass which meets the mirror which makes for a cool effect but for anyone with a touch of OCD will go crazy because of the drips (the housekeepers deserve double pay for this cleaning alone). The elevator fits two people with luggage and there is only one elevator which is not a problem for folks who can take the stairs which I always do.Be careful, however, if you are coming from sea level you will feel the altitude change.For all sightseeing or restaurant reservations, ask for Clara.She is wonderful and so knowledgeable.
