“Worst customer service ever. I would give cero, for the moment we got there everything was horrible, they go confused with our reservation and made us wait in the lobby forever without even offering g a glass of water. We left early I. The morning and by the time we got back to it 4pm still no room cleaning HORRIBLE ! No one apologized to us , the manager was never in to complaint or talk, I will never go back to this place. Last but not least to apologize they decided to leave in our room that was more than 80 degrees ham and cheese in a plate omg ! Really ?! Zero delicacy, like no one care at all.”

“Very good service. When we got to the room, we realized that the aircon didn't work, so we reported it and they fixed it very quickly. Room service takes like 30 min, even for ice, but still good. I have been here a couple of times and definitely will come again. Excellent location too.”
