“Realmente 5 estrelas? Eu não estava tão animado. Eu estava viajando a negócios e reservei um quarto com vista para o jardim. Consegui um quarto com vista para os carros. “Por cortesia” recebi um quarto diferente após uma reclamação - com o comentário de que os quartos com vista para a estrada de acesso também se encontram no jardim e, portanto, estava tudo correcto. Para ter acesso à nova sala, tive de voltar pessoalmente à recepção. Com 5 estrelas, esperava que o serviço me trouxesse o novo cartão do quarto - bem como a questão de saber se alguém poderia ajudar com a bagagem. A localização com vista para Frankfurt é sensacional!”
