“Service to be improved , especially room cleaning.- 1st day the room was not cleaned/prepared for our arrival- No Coffee Cups, no care kits...no toothbrush after we asked they brought only one- 2nd day the room was not cleaned, after asking they came but we had to wait in the balcony for them to finish cleaning.... with lamps broken no light in balcony.- Although we had put « do not disturb » sign on (we have a baby napping) ...it didn’t prevent door bell ringingThis was a premium room, i can't imagine what standard room is, maybe in the parking 🤔I don't understand why this hotel have 5 stars,maximum 3First time Accord Hotel and the last.”

“Beautiful property in Dibba with a private beach, adults only pool, family pool and water sports. They have live entertainment (singer and belly dancer) and happy hours every night which is not to be missed. The staff is excellent and super helpful. The food and drinks are delicious. Overall a great staycation / vacation spot.”
