Minha família e eu ficamos lá por alguns dias durante as férias. Andrea na recepção foi INCRÍVEL. Eu tinha ligado várias vezes antes do check-in sobre o meu tipo de quarto. Foi-me dito por um jovem na recepção que ele não poderia ajudar. Quando liguei novamente para pedir para falar com um gerente, Andrea respondeu e fez tudo ótimo. Ela nos atribuiu um quarto que acomodou todos os nossos pedidos. Andrea é realmente um grande trunfo para este hotel. Muito obrigado Andrea por consertar essa situação estressante porque estávamos dirigindo da Flórida para Nova Jersey.

Visiting from TEXAS , This is the best affordable hotel around. They actually care & clean this property. Breakfast is basic. But 2 night for less than $300. The best part parking is free.

My family and I stayed there for a few days while on vacation. Andrea at the front-desk was AMAZING. I had called multiple times prior to checking in about my room type. I was told by a young guy at the front desk he couldn’t help. When I called back again to asked to speak with a manager Andrea answered and made everything great. She assigned us to a room that accommodated all of our requests. Andrea is really a great asset to this hotel. Thank you so much Andrea for fixing this stressful situation because we had been driving from Florida to New Jersey.

Clean and quite rooms . Cannot blame the hotel for the traffic and trucks around. Entry and exit is definitely not a positive as it does seem from the back of the building . Staff is helpful absolutely courteous. Rooms ( suites) are large and clean. Need to advise the front desk of the room cleaning service in advance - due to covid restrictions and availability. The suites have two tvs and switch on and off together ! Again not an hotel issue but need to align the remote close to the TV that needs to be shut else the remote controls both TV’s….. Breakfast is typical - eggs were COLD !!!!

The hotel is one of the best in that range and in that region. I love how courteous the staffs are. Hot breakfast may need little improvements, especially wrt menu. Still, they are serving hot breakfast. That’s so awesome. Highly recommended Owing to the location it is scheduled. I am able to reach the Manhattan area within 20mins from across the road NJtransit bus with just a $3.50 one-way ticket.

Great place for NYC tourists, 7 min drive via the Holland tunnel or 15 min ferry ride from port imperial. Very clean, great staff, good complimentary breakfast, and most important free parking. Target, Starbucks, chipotle and much more 5 min walk from the hotel Highly recommend

Ele seria 5 estrelas, mas aparentemente ser um membro do Marriott recompensas significa tanto quanto um check-in antecipado às 11:00. Ainda nos $ 45. E não que o hotel estivesse reservado. Havia vaga, então esses quartos estavam prontos. Um pouco difícil de entrar e sair do hotel, mas no geral uma boa estadia.

The hotel is clean and staff are so accommodating 👌🏻I was there during the beginning of the pandemic and they have done all what it takes for our safety and convenience 👍🏻It is quite isolated location. It has industrial view 😅 but close to target, home goods, dollars three and Dunkin’It is 20 min away from the ferry at port imperial where you can take a fast route to Manhattan

Would he 5 star but apparently being a Marriott rewards member does mean much as far as an early check-in at 1100am. Still us $45. And not that the hotel was booked. There was vacancy so those rooms were ready. A little difficult to get in and out of the hotel property but overall a good stay.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The room was clean which is a plus. The front desk agent I think his name was Tyler but not 100% sure, he was awesome. Very respectful. I could of gave this hotel a 4 star just because when I went to get breakfast the girl stocking the bagels was a big jerk. Very rude. I had to wait for her to finish putting all the bagels away just to grab one bagel. She saw me waiting and put her arm across my body to stock other items without saying a word. She did he same to another customer. She didn't even say a word. Normally an employee would say at the very least good morning. But I still will give it a 5 star just bc of the front desk guy and because housekeeping did such a wonderful job. But that girl needs to be taught some manners and I hope someone really tells her to change her attitude

El personal encargado para el checking Jorge Martinez es una persona que no tiene ética personal. No sabe resolver un problema y se niega a atender a personas que dan su vida por este país, mi amiga que trabaja en el Navy, no la quiso atender porque supuestamente ella era menor de edad más sin embargo llegamos a otro hotel y no duramos ni 5 minutos en el checking. Jamás en la vida quisiera volver a ese hotel.

Personal amable, instalaciones limpias. Faltó un teclado en una PC del Business Center además de que no tuvieron jabón para la lavandería por lo que tuve que ir al Target.

Personal muy amable, habitaciones muy limpias y confortables. El aseo y consumibles de la habitación, debes solicitarlos cuando ya sea necesario, ya que por tema del Covid 19, no es a diario. El desayuno es pedido previamente un día antes, lo puedes comer en el área comedor o en habitación. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel, la primera fue todo muy bien. Pero esta vez el servicio fue pésimo, en 6 días y 5 noches, nunca nos cambiaron toallas, no nos dieron papel higiénico y para rematar fuera de que no dan desayuno salen con qué hay que ordenar un pan y un café desde el día anterior. La señora del aseo nada que ver. La vdd quede muy inconforme esta vez
