“Este hotel NO recibe estrellas. Cometieron un error en nuestra reserva y tenían la fecha de llegada equivocada. Llegamos a nuestra cita y dijeron que no tenían reserva. Les di el número de confirmación y el recepcionista dijo: oh, te hicieron venir ayer y dijimos claramente que NO, llegaríamos hoy por negocios. El recepcionista nos dio rápidamente una habitación y nos dijo que cambió todo en el sistema, pero que verifiquemos dos veces el estado de cuenta de la tarjeta de crédito porque es posible que se nos cobre una tarifa de NO presentación, que es la tarifa total de la noche. Bueno, nos cobraron y no fue culpa nuestra. El asistente que hizo la reserva puso la fecha incorrecta y por qué nos penalizarían por su propio error. Llamé 5 veces, hablé con el Subgerente y estuve esperando 2 días para que me devolvieran la llamada. Todavía grillos. Manténganse al tanto.”

“I reserved a room for a week several days prior, checked in prior to my arrival and when I got there at 12am no one was at the front desk, I called numerous times, tried their chat feature, knocked on employee only doors, said hello? a couple times as well. The digital key wasn't available so I needed someone to assist to get a room key. I waited for over an hour for someone to come back, but thankfully there came down another disgruntled couple complaining about their fire alarm going off (maybe they ment beeping?) For couple hours and found the representative asleep in the dining room with all the lights off. When he finally woke up enough he explained they didn't have a room for me and would need me to go to another facility. As of more than a week prior no one has reached out to resolve it. Poor service. Marriott sucks in comparison to Hilton.”
