Excelente ubicación y habitaciones. Puedes ir andando al 80% de los sitios. No arreglan las habitaciones a diario. El desayuno muy escaso y justo, aunque Fanny y Javier lo arreglan con su simpatía y atención.

Beyond the good location and quality breakfast (so many lactose-free options!), the STAFF is what made the stay so great. From the moment I checked in, the ladies behind the desk were very welcoming and accommodating. I stayed for about a week, so my needs were a little more than my usual weekend trips. They were very kind and did what they could to make the stay comfortable. The ladies doing room service were also very kind.The other award should go to Javier and Fannie in the hotel breakfast area. They remembered me every time I came down, and they were so, so kind. Once I was very late to breakfast due to a morning meeting, and they still tried to get me some food :') They were so sweet.I've been staying at Marriotts forever because of the consistency from city to city and this specific location really proves why I will continue to do so. Overall, I definitely will be staying here again. Thank you to the whole team for all your work. Wish you all a happy holiday season.

Muy buen hotel en muy buena zona de Chicago. Cuartos grandes, limpios, algunos con vista, y ofrece desayuno incluido que es un gran diferencial. Destaco la buena predisposición del staff de front desk (Bianca, Carla, Stephanie). Merece mención aparte la gente que atiende el desayuno: Javier y Fannie son el corazón del hotel, dinámicos, motivadores, siempre preocupados por dar lo máximo a los huéspedes. Personas así valen oro y hacen la diferencia en favor de este hotel.

Não poderia ter sido melhor a escolha de ficar nesse hotel. Preço ótimo (reservamos o quarto para 5 pessoas, com duas camas king size e um sofá cama), acomodações impecáveis em termos de limpeza, conforto e comodidade, bem localizado e com um café da manhã surpreendentemente farto!

Muito bom, tanto nos funcionários, atendimento, como no quarto e no café da manhã. Achei incrível, quando ao chegar, sem falar inglês a recepcionista fez questão de tentar se comunicar comigo, através do tradutor do celular. Adorei tudo. Banho muito bom, também, camas confortáveis, aconchegante. Adorei!!

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, é confortável e limpo, e serve café da manhã. Destaque especial para a equipe que coordena o café, Fannie & Javier - são excelentes! Super simpáticos e prestativos! Único ponto que deixou a desejar é que os quartos não são limpos diariamente.

Excelente servicio, estuve 1 semana en el hotel y al principio me dieron una habitacion donde la ventana daba a un callejon, por lo que pedi de favor un cambio y me dieron una con excelente vista. Adicional a ello los desayunos son basicos pero muy ricos y el ambiente en el lugar lo hacen grandioso tres personas,,, "FANNIE, DIDI y JAVIER" - MUCHAS GRACIAS por hacernos sonreir cada dia, excelente servicio. Y claro regresaria sin dudarlo. Muy recomendado.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit Chicago for many reasons. It’s location is perfect for any event occurring in the city and all within walking distance. It’s reasonably priced and very clean. If we needed anything during our stay the staff was very prompt to respond, especially the gentleman in charge of housekeeping and the female housekeeper on our floor. Last but certainly not least a huge Thank you to Javier and Fannie who work in the dining area for breakfast. They are a breath of fresh air to everyone they come in contact with. They welcome and address everyone that enters the dining area in the morning. Javier and Fannie are a perfect team and make certain all of the guests are happy and taken care of while dining. There was a nice variety of food to choose from and it was delicious and fresh everyday ! I like a lot of creamer for my coffee so Javier took good care of me. I need to add that they both keep the dining room spotless as I witnessed Javier washing the legs of each chair in the dining room after everyone was gone. My day always started with a positive note because of Javier and Fannie! Fairfield should be proud of these employees ! They make your business shine ! El establecimiento estábien ubicado, las instalacionesson cómodas, ordenado, limpio. El servicioes muy bueno, sobre todo el servicio de Fannie y Javier en el restaurante, son muy amables, atentos, carismáticos, siempre te reciben con una sonrisa con la que uno empieza muy bien el día, siempre estándispuestos a ayudarte si necesitas información o ayuda. Salvo una recomendación: que las opciones de comida enel desayunosea másvariado, mástipos de fruta, mástipos de cereales, etc. Y quédecir de Chicago... una ciudad de la que me enamoré,asíque espero volver pronto a éstas suites!

They offer complementary hot breakfast. The service that was provided by Javier and Fannie was amazing. They greeted you with a smile each and every morning and were always there to insure everything was filled. I came doing the Chicago marathon and they offered the best service ever. As for my room it was very spacious and if there was any type of issue they handled it quickly. Only disappointing factor was that we arrived early 10:30 am and our room was ready and was told there was a $30.00 early check in fee or we could come back at 2:30. Really Marriott what good is it being a rewards member. The front desk employees were kind and accommodating. I would recommend staying here for the location is awesome as well.

Excelente ubicación para conocer la ciudad, cerca de metro, tiendas, restaurantes. La atención del personal fue muy buena, en especial de Javier y Fannie quienes a la hora del desayuno atienden con una excelente actitud.

Muy agradable estar en Fairfield inn, Stephanie nos recibió e inicio el checkin sin problema, fue muy amable, nos dio tips para que nuestra estancia fuera más placentera. I only have great things to say about this hotel.I stayed at this hotel for 6 days for a conference in Chicago and I am thrilled I picked this one.First of all, the prices here were much cheaper than the other hotels in the area.The staff was friendly throughout my stay including check in and during breakfast.The breakfast had a good amount of options.The room was pretty big and clean. The biggest perk for this hotel was how close it was to all the restaurants.There were several restaurants with different varieties of food with in a few minutes walking distance.Leaving and entering the hotel was fast also, I stayed on one of the higher floors and the elevator was at my floor within 0-1 min every time.The valet was pretty expensive at 64$ but it is in the middle of Chicago so I understand.The valet was an excellent option as long as you plan properly for it,you call and they will bring you the car within 15-20 mins.They brought my car around always within time and it was very easy to just give my keys and trust they would take care of my car for the rest of the day.Overall, if you want to experience Chicago in an affordable hotel that is in the center of the city, I would definitely recommend this one.

Personal poco amable. Desayuno poco variado y de escasa calidad, siendo un hotel Marriot. Habitación amplia y confortable, pero el primer día no la limpian a pesar de pagar más de 200 dólares diarios.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. Miss Stephanie at the front desk was so accommodating. We had 4 different reservation numbers over the course of a week and wanted to stay in the same room throughout our stay. She had new keys made and ready at the desk before we would even stop by to swap them out. Ask her about nearby deep-dish pizza and she'll give you not only a recommendation but a coupon for a free appetizer or dessert. Fannie and Javier at the 2nd-floor breakfast area hustled with a smile each day, constantly replenishing and cleaning. They were both super friendly and kind. Nice fitness room and nice king suite in a great neighborhood with lots within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Tiene una excelente ubicación! Literalmente llegas caminando a varios atractivos principales de la ciudad super fácil, los chicos del lobby siempre fueron muy amables desde nuestro check in, cuando se nos acabó el jabón menos de 5 minutos ya estaban tocando en nuestra puerta con ellos. Solicitamos limpieza cada dos días y super bien. Pero un shout out a Javier y Fannie!!! De verdad nos hacían sentir muy consentidos todas las mañanas en el desayuno, la mejor decisión que este hotel ha tomado en la vida es contratar a ellos 2 jaja Además de que yo fui embarazada de 7 meses y Javier y Fannie siempre veían que no me faltara nada y desayune muy bien para iniciar el día :') Sin duda alguna, nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí cuando regresemos a Chicago!

Very nice hotel in a really fun part of town. Rooms were clean. Amenities are nice.Staff was excellent. My only complaint was water pressure was virtually nonexistent. They have the fancy shower heads and have to have it set on the highest pressure setting to get close to what would be a normal shower pressure. That said, I will stay here again.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet so the short version is I would stay there again. But this review is to acknowledge the OUTSTANDING service provided by Javier and Fanny. Specifically, they provide the free breakfast. I can't say enough about the level of personal service they provided. The food was good (so was the variety) and the dining area was clean. But where they stood out was how they engaged the guests. They welcomed each one with a genuine smile and a warm greeting like they were regulars in their own restaurant. As well as conversation about why they were in town, etc. But with a genuineness that makes them stand out and prompted this review. I am not one to write reviews but they deserve an acknowledgement that is more than a "thank you".

Excellent, above average staff, super clean and beautiful hotel, great location. My family stayed at this hotel this weekend for our son’s graduation from University of Chicago. Our expectations for a hotel stay were greatly exceeded. Every single staff member we encountered was very friendly, helpful, and professional. At every encounter, whether checking in or coming and going with the reception desk - Stephanie and all of the staff we encountered went above and beyond to be helpful and efficient to every guest. The same was true at the breakfast area - each morning at breakfast Javier and Frannie were welcoming, cheerful, very efficient and helpful in ensuring the breakfast experience was honestly the best I have ever encountered. The area was spotless and the food was presented in a very pleasant manner. Javier and Frannie were truly a highlight of the hotel experience. I was concerned like everyone about travel during these difficult times, but the hotel room, lobby, elevators, breakfast area - everywhere we went - it was spotless. The hotel is beautiful and in top notch condition. We found the location to be easy to walk short distances and be nearby some of the attractions we were able to enjoy during our short visit - 5-10 minute walk to the River Boat Tour - definitely a highlight of our visit. Starbucks is a one minute walk, and I felt safe walking around the area. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel for a future stay, I truly rate it 10/5!

My family came in to Chicago for a Naval Graduation. We chose Fairfield Inns for the convenient location to everything since we had never been here before. We were all a little anxious about being here and the staff here helped us in every way possible. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The service at breakfast was wonderful as well. Javier and Fannie treated us like family and gave lots of travel tips. We looked forward to seeing them every morning. They went above and beyond 🤍 They quickly became new friends in the big city away from home. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing them again!
