Hotel com quartos mto bons,bom atendimento e limpeza

Custo-beneficio excelente pela localização, café da manhã incluso, serviços e atendimento. Não é um hotel 5 estrelas, e sim um hotel para classe média, mas dou 5 estrelas pelo conjunto mencionado acima.

If anyone out there is looking for great deals for hotel rooms check out ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ booked a hotel room on there and they had the lowest prices worldwide! I was greeted, my room was upgraded, they called a local restaurant for me to make sure they were still open. I loved it! And I will be back

Excellent hotel. Centrally located with many amenities. Very close proximity to the Magnificent Mile, shopping, dining and other attractions. Public transportation is right outside the hotel. The hotel is not close to the airport, but what do you expect if you're downtown. I would definitely stay here again. The King Suite on the 14th floor was nice and isolated. The fitness center was small but had everything you could need for a short stay. You could also sightsee while running outside without going too far. You can also run up the stairs which is a good challenge. As far as dining, there are several vegan options within walking distance of the hotel, including vegan pastries.

Súper ruidoso, es u decir que incluye desayuno pues es un muffin y una manzana. Y no hacen limpieza en el cuarto.

Decent property in downtown area walking distance to most main attractions. No on-site parking. Very interesting room design with thought through lights. A bit noisy from the hallway, however had good window isolation. Simple prepackaged breakfast during the pandemic time.

While our stay was fine (hotel is mediocre but clean, front desk staff was nice), we had a horrible post-stay experience. I accidentally left my passport in a drawer in our room, and realized two days later. Positive that I left it there, and taking responsibility for my carelessness, I called the hotel. The person said they did not find it and left it at that, acting as if this was a forgotten pair of socks. I then emailed them, and explained the situation, again taking responsibility for my carelessness but very concerned about my passport getting into the wrong hands. The person who emailed me back also told me that it had not been found and when I followed up to that email about how upset I was about how a forgotten passport could just disappear, they never responded to me. As a (now former) Marriott Bonvoy member who travels internationally for work often, I have stayed in Marriotts in the US, Europe, and Asia, and have never had such a poor, unprofessional experience. I guess my advice to anyone staying here is to be extra diligent about their personal belongings.

I had Interview around the corner. Great Place for me Parking should be included in room 45 dollar's. Room's are small. Tub looked as through someone got in tub with shoes. Coffee machine is in bathroom so unsanitary. Complementary breakfast let's see what's provided. All in All slept good.

Pasamos 4 noches en este hotel situado en la Magnificient Mile.Lo tienes todo muy cerca para empezar a recorrer la ciudad de Chicago.El desayuno esta bien aunque le sobra el tema de platos y vasos de papel.El personal del hotel fue muy amable durante toda nuestra estancia.Las habitaciones eran amplias y muy limpias.El baño le falta un plato de ducha por comodidad.Volveria si duda.
