“Ao chegar, nos deram um quarto que já estava ocupado. Quando voltamos para a recepção, nos deram outro quarto que estava ocupado. Quando finalmente conseguimos um quarto, não tínhamos água quente. Nos foi dada uma tarifa com desconto para aquela noite, mas ninguém nunca veio para consertar nossa água e ainda não tinha água quente na segunda noite. O quarto não estava bem limpo, pois havia o que parecia ser refrigerante pulverizado na tela da TV e em madeira. Havia uma camada de poeira em tudo! Eu não recomendaria este local.”

“Room clean, bed comfortable. Shower instead of tub was nice. I was surprised by the lack of room service. Apparently they clean the rooms on request. Breakfast was just ok. There was a smell of marijuana in the hallway. Some hotel guest didn't seem to follow the rules.”
