“During the time of booking I called to be sure I was on the OPPOSITE side of the freeway as several Google reviews mentioned how miserable it was it get sleep at night. I then called again once my plane landed. Upon arrival less than an hour later, I am told they don't have anymore rooms on the quiet side of the hotel. My room was already paid in full (well over $1000!) since this was considered a "special event". There was no way I could cancel or I would forfeit the money already paid by my company. I DO NOT appreciate the bait & switch tactic. I will be sure to not stay here again for any future business travel or personal travel. Even with earplugs, the highway is unbearably noisy & the ONLY way to drown it out is with the AC unit. But the units at this location do not have the option for "Always on" so once it cycles off you are woken up by the highway noise & blaring train horns. I highly suggest this hotel either invest in sound proof windows or change the wall units to have an "always on" function. - the breakfast was embarrassing for a special corporate event with people coming in from all over the world. A mere tiny cheese omelet, bananas/apples, or oatmeal in a packet that you make yourself. I have had FAR better breakfasts at countless Marriott properties across the US during covid that were not during any special events.”

“We stayed at different hotels under Marriott, this location is BAD. The shower hardware needs to be replaced, which I concluded after spending some time fixing it. The kids were all naked, and it turned out to be not functioning enough to take shower. The general manager is not very easy to communicate with since she assumed it was a small problem and we should fix it ourselves. I tried to fix it but as I said I have nowhere to purchase a new knob to replace the worn one which is not functioning. It was 1130pm, and we needed to sleep. The manager has a bad attitude and does not care about customers and she kept saying it should be a small problem and does not want to listen to customer's phone calls. The breakfast fruit plate was empty for hours, and the server does not want to refill any fruits. We do not understand why , looks like the staff do not like to serve people well in this location. I was satisfied with other locations, though.”
