Ótimo hotel. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Possui uma excelente localização permitindo fazer quase tudo a pé para os turistas (o único lugar longe é Alhambra).

Quarto e banheiro amplos e modernos, a entrada da cidade velha e do outro lado da rua. Tem garagem embaixo do hotel. Café da manhã excelente.

Quarto agradável e moderno, insonorização do quarto péssima ouvia se tudo na rua, staff da recepção deixa muito a desejar, qualidade do serviço péssimos ao entrar na habitação já estava ocupada por outro cliente.

Un tres estrellas, vale cuatro... más no, solo se diferencia de cualquier cuatro estrellas en el tamaño de las habitaciones. Cualquier NH le da sopa con ondas.La recepción fatal, llegamos a las 14:15 horas, nos toman los datos y nos dicen que en media hora estará la habitación, en la cuarta planta. Nos vamos a comer y a dar un paseo, a la vuelta, 16:20 no tienen la habitación, excusas ninguna, disculpas... eso que es. Al final nos dan una habitación, distinta, en la quinta planta.Información en recepción sobre el hotel y sus servicios, llevamos el aparcamiento y el desayuno incluido, nula.Seguro que somos la excepción y esto mejora los próximos tres días, pero de entrada, mejor no volver.Tampoco mejoró el resto de días, al contrario, fue a peor, el servicio de desayuno empeoró conforme se acercaba el fin de semana, a veces conseguir un vaso era una ginkana de obstáculos, las bandejas se vaciaban de determinados productos con rapidez y bien no reponían o tardaban una eternidad. No te hacían nada de encargo en cocina.El viernes, cuando salimos, el hotel había retirado una mesa con máquina de café de cortesía para los clientes. Debía ser mucho gasto.Y ojo, que según ellos nos dieron una habitación mejor, según ellos las hay peores, deben estar en el sótano.El garaje, aunque estrecho, está bien, pero la salida a la calle es complicada, debes saltar bordillo con al menos una rueda si o si.

Desde nuestra habitación se podía ver perfectamente la Mezquita y la Glorieta de la Cruz Roja. Por lo demás, en cuanto a hospedaje y servicio muy bien. Nos vamos contentos

Instalaciones, personal, limpieza, habitación muy bien. Desayuno espectacular. El personal siempre atento para agradar al cliente. Siempre q voy a Córdoba me hospedo en este Hotel. Fenomenal.

En la linea de los Eurostars, estupendo hotel. Ubicacion ideal para cruzar una calle y entrar en la juderia. Sin los agobios de aparcar en la parte de la mezquita.

Good location for exploring the old town area

Geniales habitaciones con vistas a Córdoba, todo súper limpio, moderno, el personal muy atento y amable, segunda vez que lo visito y no defrauda, para la calidad que tiene el precio esta muy bien!

I have stayed twice in the last 2 months on business. Great hotel with innovative bathrooms including spa bath and double rain showers And generally great installations. The first visit we arrived fairly late and there seemed to be some confusion regarding the restaurant and room service. An awkward situation that was resolved by the fantastic level of service from Maria and Lola in the restaurant, resolving a frustration and annoying situation in a friendly customer focused manner. They were the reason we stayed again yesterday, once again on business, where I was blown away by the level of customer service and attention to detail by Claudia on reception and all whilst training new staff. Can't recommend the hotel enough for their installations, location but above all their friendly staff who go that extra mile.

Good hotel not far from the heart of the city center. On the plus side: large room, innovative bathroom, bed comfort, pool on the roof. On the less good side: nothing really, except very strict covid 19 rules, be aware that you have to book the pool before hand and you can only go 1 hour / day. The old city center is very close, the new one a bit further away - 10/15min

É um bom hotel, mas com problemas. Fica bem no centro. Os quartos são pequenos. O café da manhã não condiz com um hotel 5 estrelas. Achei fraco. Acabei de chegar do Barcelo de Sevilha e o café dele é muito melhor. Estacionamento um pouco apertado. Piscina com água muito fria no terraço, mas com uma vista linda. O detalhe mais bizarro é o chuveiro duplo com porta de vidro.Não recomendo.

Hotel de 5 estrelas a necessitar remodelaçoes. Buffet pequeno-almoço muito fraco, pouca oferta. Durante pequeno-almoço pouca assistência dos empregados para retirarem loiça utilizada. Localização excelente, no centro.

One of the best palaces I’ve been to, the rooms are amazing, staff member very helpful, the place is located in the center of the city which makes it easier for you to visit. But one thing the restaurant I’ve had the most delicious dinner there specially the beef steaks. It was an amazing 3night stay.

Very friendly staff that provides excellent service. Big underground car park. Good location. Nice outdoor pool. Nice twin showers in room. However, even these good points earn only a 2 star rating because 1) After a long summer, the rooms smell of human body odor, it is overwhelming even in October. I think the curtains must be cleaned 2) the finishing of the room is of such low quality that the toilet flush, water tap knobs are falling apart. (Must have used a Chinese contractor). 3) Air conditioning too weak for super hot Cordoba and the hotel faces west. Tough to say if there are better options in Cordoba in such a convenient location.

Loved this hotel, location was fantastic. Clean and very well prepared. Staff amazing and so very welcoming. Room was oddly interesting but in a good way. Nothing like I’ve stayed in before, and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. Would highly recommend it.
