Hotel con muchos detalles en la habitación , luces domotizadas y duchas con presión perfecta. Me encanto la habitación y está en una zona muy tranquila al lado del centro . El desayuno riquísimo y el personal majísimo . Francisco el camarero de los desayunos un lujo !! Encontramos este hotel acidentalmente e percebemos que era mais barato reservá-lo diretamente pelo hotel, em comparação com os sites de reservas de hotéis. Nós ficamos em um quarto deluxe, que era adorável. O quarto e o hotel estavam impecavelmente limpos. We accidentally found this hotel and we realised that it was cheaper to book it directly through the hotel, compared to hotel booking sites. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was lovely. The room and the hotel were impeccably clean. The staff, especially the reception team, were fantastic and very helpful, particularly Wan who gave us lots of tips about Budapest. She went out of her way to organise us a picnic breakfast when we needed to leave early and was always very pleasant. We loved this hotel as much as we loved Budapest and can't wait to visit again.

It’s really a great hotel. Professional staff well trained in luxury hospitality, beautiful interior design, good quality furniture and good AC. Nice gym area. The wellness amenities are really good. Had my second stay here and loved it even more than the first time.

Good customer service, helpful in finding things to do for visitors. Initial room had 2 single beds pushed together, I made a complain and they offered us a room with a better bed situation for a couple. Breakfast could be better. Would have been nice to have tomatoes and cucumbers. Overall atmosphere was good and close to the tram and metro.

This is where you need to stay when visiting Budapest. It’s very reasonably priced, well located steps away from the metro, tram and bus. Such a beautiful, very clean, new, hotel. I stayed at other hotels in this chain and this is by far the most elegant.The rooms look just like the photos. The bathrooms are so nice and modern. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The hair dryer is nice. Water pressure in the shower is strong. The toilet paper is 10/10. Lots of wall plugs, including usb plugs, next to the bed and around the room.I love the over sized towels and robes.Front desk is very friendly, always greet you, always smiling. Trained like a 5 star resort.They went out of their way to help me.Sauna area is clean, relaxing, and has two rooms with different temp settings.Breakfast is 7/10.Cons The a/c is controlled at night and you can’t lower it yourself. Terrible on humid nights when you want to cool down. You can change the thermostat to 18° but it will never cool below 24.5°.Too warm for me at night.One thing I did notice is someone that the manger, each time I saw him, he was just standing to the side, not interacting with guests and not assisting the front desk during busy times.

Great, new hotel in a very convenient location within the embassy district of Budapest. Staff was very friendly, service excellent, facilities very good. The rooms were well designed, clean and quiet. They have an underground car park (free of charge so the time of my visit), sauna, breakfast room and courtyard seating available. The selection of wines at the bar was also excellent. Recommended!

Perfect location, beautiful building inside and outside but most importantly impeccable service! I have been staying at the hotel 3 times for several days in the last month and every time the whole experience been perfect. Similar to a number of reviews here we had some mishaps with staff and service. One night the fire alarm even rang. While this was brief it was extremely startling at 3:30am. No explanation or apology from the hotel. We spent most of that night awake trying to calm down my fiance who has a heart condition. The hotel was nice and clean but I would recommend any number of other 4 or 5 star hotels nearby instead of this one

The hotel itself its very nice, good interior design, super clean, a wide range of products for breakfast and quite close to some of the main attractions of the city. It has everything you need for a Budapest holiday. It would be a place I would recommend and visit again.
