“Terrible customer service. The room was nothing like on the website; half the size. Website advertises several amenities available. Not one is available. Hidden $12/night parking fee. Which the front desk says: You should have read the website, it's on the website. Well, so is a lot of other lies. 5 days and non-cancelable, non-refundable.”

“The room was nice and the bathroom was even better. The only good thing about this place!!! They have no security. They have their garage doors open so people can walk in and out the garage while you pay a fee. The front desk young lady told me they experience plenty of break ins with guest cars and she can’t do anything because she is the “only girl”. Customer service here is HORRIBLE!!! You can find somewhere cheaper and most likely just as nice inside. Thank you for ruining my entire vacation staying with you!!!!!! :) Worst decision I’ve made 2020 and it’s been a tough year!”
