“Este hotel tem péssima manutenção e quartos em geral. Lascas de tinta caindo na cama e rachaduras por todo o teto, banheiros não são bem limpos com o cabelo de outra pessoa na banheira e horários anunciados na loja de presentes não são mantidos porque são propriedade privada. Já fiquei duas vezes por causa da conveniência de minha designação de trabalho, mas nunca escolheria ficar de outra forma. Precisa de muito trabalho e, no geral, é mal gerenciado.”

“La localización del hotel es excelente, el personal de la recepción muy amable hasta unas galletas nos dieron de regalo de bienvenida. Nos hospedamos en el piso 14 VIP todo muy bien excepto que no pudimos dormir ya que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Fue imposible dormir debido al calor. Mi esposa embarazada no tuvo una muy buena noche.”
