“Friendly staff was welcoming me on arrival. The breakkie was nice and fresh as well. Location of the hotel is perfect for non-driving guests. Double recommend and I would definitely will come back here to stay!”

“Minha recente estadia no Doubletree Wellington não foi como o esperado. À chegada, o meu parceiro e eu fomos recebidos pela simpática equipa da recepção e acordado para um check-in antecipado. O nosso quarto era limpo e espaçoso. Quando chegou a hora do check-out, houve alguma falha de comunicação com a referência da reserva e o pagamento. O hotel concordou em guardar nossas malas enquanto esperávamos nosso voo. No entanto, enquanto estávamos fora do hotel, notei que havia sido cobrado pelo quarto duas vezes, que eu já havia pré-pago antes da chegada. O hotel tirou dinheiro da minha conta. Achei isso muito pouco profissional e não corresponde às expectativas de um hotel Hilton. Quando eles tentaram reembolsar o dinheiro, fui cobrado novamente.
