Pessoal super simpático. Deixaram nos fazer o check in antes da hora . E já que sou Hilton silver também pude fazer check out após a hora , mas apenas quando insisti . Bom pequeno almoço no entanto já tive melhor no grupo Hilton . Quartos bem decorados mas com vistas anonymity boas . Alguns quartos muito escuros e também algum quartos dão para o elétrico que faz algum barulho extra . Tivemos alguns dias que o quarto nao foi limpo porque a sr da limpeza veio muito tarde . Corredores sempre super frios . Por favor baixar os ac . Boa localização para o path ou para o ferry .

Everything about this place made our experience to New York City extra special. Service at front desk was great, room service was very friendly, Johnny at the restaurant was always giving us top service despite being one of the only servers he always served with a smile and greeted us every morning. Location was less than a 5 min walk to Path to go into NYC and stay was peaceful at night despite the light train being nearby. Great for families. Tudo sobre esse lugar tornou nossa experiência na cidade de Nova York ainda mais especial. O serviço na recepção foi ótimo, o serviço de quarto foi muito amigável, Johnny no restaurante estava sempre nos atendendo de primeira, apesar de ser um dos únicos servidores que ele sempre atendia com um sorriso e nos cumprimentava todas as manhãs. A localização ficava a menos de 5 minutos a pé do caminho para entrar em Nova York e a estadia era tranquila à noite, apesar do trem leve estar próximo. Ótimo para famílias.

Excellent! I have stayed 4 weeks in a row with work, and it’s beautiful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They have everything I need, they give me water bottles at the Front desk and I can ask for more as needed and cookies. The room is like a suit with 2 TVs and a living room. It has a gym and orange theory across and location is great! Excelente! Eu fiquei 4 semanas seguidas com trabalho, e é lindo. Os quartos são muito limpos e espaçosos. Eles têm tudo que eu preciso, eles me dão garrafas de água na recepção e posso pedir mais conforme necessário e biscoitos. O quarto é como um terno com 2 TVs e uma sala de estar. Tem uma academia e teoria laranja e a localização é ótima!

I chose this hotel because of the many great reviews posted, and this has proven an enjoyable stay. The customer service was above and beyond, the guest service manager was so welcome and so great in arranging and taking care of all guests. She made me feel “like at home away from home” it was very accommodating near path stations underground very walkable distance- easy and fast. This hotel was located near big grocery stores where you can get what you need during your stay. The hotel is updated and has great offers. The staff was very friendly, highly recommended everyone this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here. Eu escolhi este hotel por causa dos muitos comentários excelentes publicados, e isso provou ser uma estadia agradável. O atendimento ao cliente foi acima e além, o gerente de atendimento ao cliente foi muito bem-vindo e ótimo em organizar e cuidar de todos os hóspedes. Ela me fez sentir “como em casa longe de casa” foi muito confortável perto das estações subterrâneas distância muito fácil de percorrer - fácil e rápido. Este hotel foi localizado perto de grandes supermercados, onde você pode obter o que precisa durante a sua estadia. O hotel é atualizado e tem ótimas ofertas. A equipe foi muito simpática, altamente recomendado a todos este hotel. Eu realmente gostei da minha estadia aqui.

Very nice and clean hotel located in Jersey City with a beautiful view to NYC skyline.We were staying here for one week.The room was very beautiful and clean.All of the staff were extremely friendly, from the front desk to housekeeping! Path train to NYC is located 5 min away. The shopping mall and grocery store are just one block away.It was a big pleasure to stay at this hotel! Definitely will choose it for the next visit! Hotel muito agradável e limpo, localizado em Jersey City, com uma bela vista para o horizonte de Nova York. Ficamos aqui por uma semana. O quarto era muito bonito e limpo. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos, desde a recepção até a arrumação! Trem de caminho para NYC está localizado a 5 minutos de distância. O shopping e a mercearia ficam a apenas um quarteirão de distância. Foi um grande prazer ficar neste hotel! Definitivamente vou escolhê-lo para a próxima visita!

Definitely would stay here again. Rooms were clean and well kept. Hallways, entryways and elevators were clean as well. The breakfast staff were friendly and the food was good. The choices for breakfast were limited though. Alexa was the desk clerk, very friendly and helpful. The NYC view is definitely worth the extra cost! Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente. Os quartos eram limpos e bem conservados. Corredores, entradas e elevadores estavam limpos também. Os funcionários do café da manhã eram simpáticos e a comida era boa. As opções para o café da manhã eram limitadas. Alexa foi a recepcionista, muito simpática e prestativa. A vista de Nova York definitivamente vale o custo extra!

What a lovely spot! Was only here for a night but it was wonderful. The location is phenomenal. The room was even more incredible (did not expect it to be that spacious), amazing view or the city skyscrapers, friendly staff, delicious food, overall couldn't ask for anything more. Would definitely come back here. and it's right next to the tram station as well as a very short trip to Manhattan. Que lugar lindo! Foi aqui apenas por uma noite, mas foi maravilhoso. A localização é fenomenal. O quarto era ainda mais incrível (não esperava que fosse tão espaçoso), vista incrível ou os arranha-céus da cidade, funcionários simpáticos, comida deliciosa, no geral não podia pedir mais nada. Definitivamente voltaria aqui. e fica ao lado da estação de bonde, bem como uma viagem muito curta para Manhattan.

Good location, safe, and clean. Not giving five stars for a few reasons. We had a room where the air conditioning did not work and they sent maintenance. It was not resolved and we had to request a room change. Service is lacking in regards to not providing towels and coffee adequate for 3 nights. Continental breakfast not provided. No microwave! Charged $1.00 per bucket for ice.Windows hazy and not good for viewing city lights.

DoubleTree? Uno de las mejores experiencias que he vivido en hoteles. Comenzando por la buena atención que tienes al entrar, en particular me atendió la Dominicana MIRIAM una mujer muy amable con una sonrisa contagiosa en su rostro para todos los clientes. JUJU el conductor que nos dio Ride al centro comercial cercano y también a la estación del metro, un espectáculo de persona muy amable. Mi primera noche en el hotel fue una de las mejores experiencias, no pueden imaginar la calidad y comodidad de la cama ESPECTACULAR dormi como una reina. Luego en el desayuno en la mañana tuve una grata experiencia con la manager encargada creo que se llamaba Lucy. Doy muchas gracias por recibirnos en la zona de desayunos. Además de la manager nos atendió un Venezolano muy agradable y un afroamericano que le dicen momo creo. Gracias DoubleTree por tener gente tan maravillosa trabajando para ustedes. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme en este hotel las veces que vuelva a NYC.

Excelente hotel, solamente la recepcionista que nos atendió el momento del check inn al principio tuvo una muy mala actitud y luego de insistir en que nos solucione el problema lo hizo. Por lo demás es un hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de de la estación del PATH que te lleva a Manhattan en unos pocos minutos, las habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias, la cama confortable y la limpieza muy buena. Felicitar a Mathew de la recepción por su amabilidad y buen trato. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar en este Hotel.
