“Underwhelming. Basic room, yet was $400. Not enough chairs at pool, no pool towels. Wish I just went with a cheaper hotel for the experience that was had. I thought for the price this would be a nice stay for my Family meet up during a family health emergency-I should have just gone with a cheaper hotel.
Oh, and it was $15 for each vehicle parked, in a lot that was only a quarter full. That seemed cheap to charge $400 then charge for parking. Also there is this weird homeless encampment right around the corner. This is a pass unless your a Hilton member and get some sort of perk by staying here.”

“Si vas a recorrer la zona vinícola de Sonoma y Napa no es la mejor ubicación. Resumiendo ese punto importante continuamos. A pesar de que las distancias son cortas entre Santa Helena, Napa, Sonoma y Sta Rosa. La ruta del Freeway 12, 29 o Silverado. No te sientes en la zona del todo. Aunque si agarras una buena tarifa vale la pena pensarlo.La llegada, el hotel tiene un campo de golf que le da mucha calma. El personal no está del todo bien capacitado. Pues no saben hacerte más fácil tu llegada. Tuve que caminar bastante para llegar a mi habitación. Si tan solo alguien me hubiera dicho que usara el estacionamiento norte hubiera caminado mucho menos de la mitad. Y soy de las personas que ama caminar. Te reciben con una galleta y piensan que eso va a cambiar tu forma de pensar. Es un buen detalle que se agradece.Las personas que trabajan ahí no saludan.Las habitaciones ya están viejas, a pesar de que me tocó una bonita vista. Las habitaciones ya requieren una remodelación. El baño es de buen tamaño, pero no es de eso modernos que a uno le gusta entrar a bañarse.Cruzando el highway 101 hay un Wal mart y tiendas para surtirse. Le quita el toque romántico al viaje de viñedos. Hay una pizzería de franquicia Marys que aguanta. Pero realmente hay que sacar el coche e irse a la zona de vinos. Estar en el hotel no te va a dejar ninguna experiencia grata.En resumen:Solo quedate aquí sin consigues muy buen precio tipo 80 dls la noche. Sino mejor adentrate a napa o sonoma donde las vistas y el ambiente es mucho más auténtico.Consejo sobre las habitaciones: pide que te den algo en el tercer piso con vista.”
