“Primera vez que me alojo en este hotel y mi experiencia fue bastante buena! Definitivamente recomiendo alojarse aquí. Tuve un par de problemas, pero en general las ventajas superaron a las desventajas.Primero: la ubicación está en la parte trasera de un gran lote al lado de un Best Western, algo escondido pero no al mismo tiempo. Está muy limpio. No se parece en nada a lo que crees que vendría desde afuera. Tiene un ambiente antiguo y una decoración, pero hacen un buen trabajo manteniéndolo. El ascensor fue probablemente el más rápido en el que he estado. Nos llevó a nuestro piso muy rápidamente. El personal también fue muy agradable y tenía una copia impresa de restaurantes para visitar en Boston o cerca. “Realmente quiero dar más estrellas por ser un hotel limpio y decente con un personal amable, pero sus representantes corporativos de servicio al cliente/reservas son deplorables y estafarán a los clientes. Quedarse aquí por necesidad para un funeral familiar. Llamé un día para reservar dos noches. Me cotizaron un precio, que por cierto era el doble de lo que pagué por la misma habitación hace cuatro meses para otro funeral, y luego procedieron a decirme que una de las noches estaban completos. Tuvieron el descaro de preguntarme si mis planes eran flexibles... hola, veníamos a la ciudad para un funeral. De todos modos, dije que buscaría en otros hoteles.
