“Excellent customer service! I forget the woman's name who checked us in on New Year's day, but she was extremely helpful and welcoming. She even worked a double shift, and came in at 0700 the next morning on 2 January 2022. While most people would be less than cheery, she was still upbeat, and most of all had pride in herself and her job. A rare thing these days. I hope that if she stays at DoubleTree, that they can move her up the ranks, she is a true asset to the company.”
