“Lovely, well-appointed rooms. Food staff outstanding and eager to assist. I've loved the atmosphere in the past, but the hotel is like aghost town durkng the pandemic. Will be happy to see life again there! Over-priced, esp during pandemic. Front desk ignored my request for room close to elevator since I'm disabled & have difficulty walking. No help with luggage. I like this hotel, but I will likely try another during my next monthly bay area visit.”

“Its convenient for my lication I traveled alone, there is hardly a bellman there to help with bags.i was very upset Sunday morning to check out and i have to compere w/ bell services. There are so many events at hotel, there is no room to park my handicap van.”
