Great hotel in fantastic position for shopping, the zoo, and transport links to elsewhere in Berlin. The rooms are well kept and housekeeping do a great job. The bar is very friendly and they have a good range of drinks available at very reasonable prices. Breakfast is plentiful and there is a long serving period meaning that you can either get up early or late.

Really nice hotel and a great location. We stayed here as a family, and the rooms were a bit too compact for travelling with kids, but great if you're travelling on your own for work or as a couple visiting Berlin. Breakfast is fantastic and the staff are really friendly. There is also a decent gym and a really nice little swimming pool. Location is absolutely brilliant for visiting Berlin..

Super service, super location and very nice rooms which are suitable for family as well as for business. Nice spa area with a very nice pool, sauna and massage. Having breakfast at the hotel is absolutely one of the best things, so delicious!

Great hotel in fantastic position for shopping, the zoo, and transport links to elsewhere in Berlin. The rooms are well kept and housekeeping do a great job. The bar is very friendly and they have a good range of drinks available at very reasonable prices. Breakfast is plentiful and there is a long serving period meaning that you can either get up early or late. If you are arriving at the main airport, then you can get a train directly to the zoological Gardens station for €3.80, instead of a €60 taxi. The Christmas market just round the corner, was one of our favourites in Berlin, and we managed to buy a lot of souvenirs. If I were to leave one bit of negative feedback, it would be that bar customers tend to stand in the main entrance way to smoke. As a non-smoker it was like walking through a smoke filled room every time we came in and out in the evening. There probably needs to be signage prohibiting smoking in that area. This is not really the fault of the hotel, but just human nature.

Perfect service as expected for a business hotel. Great breakfast, very friendly and professional personnel. German and English language as expected. Very nice atmosphere in the bar. Clean rooms and quiet. Can recommend!

Wonderfully upscale hotel located right in the heart of Ku'damm. The service is top notch, we had smooth check in and check out and very prompt housekeeping. The rooms are spacious, tidy and well done. The breakfast spread was also pretty good with a lot of option between hot and cold food and sweet and savory. They have a wonderful wellness section with fitness, massage, pool and sauna. I tried the pool and sauna and was quite refreshed with the experience. The location is a real plus and is well connected to the public transport network as well.

Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel is modern and luxurious. Breakfast was excellent each day. The hotel’s bar was also quiet nice. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful.
