É a segunda vez que ficamos em Copthorne em 4 meses. Limpo, funcionários simpáticos, bela vista do lago do nosso quarto. Café da manhã continental maravilhoso disponível todas as manhãs. Mais menu de jantar, serviço de quarto ou jantar no local.

Nós recentemente se hospedaram no Copthorne Lakefront e a atmosfera muito amigável e profissional. Infelizmente, tivemos que encurtar nossa estada devido ao bloqueio iminente na Nova Zelândia. O restaurante atendia aos hóspedes com uma seleção limitada de alimentos, embora de alta qualidade. Muito bem localizado e a uma curta distância a pé de lojas e restaurantes.

We recently stayed at the Copthorne Lakefront and found the atmosphere very friendly and professional. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to the impending lockdown in New Zealand. The restaurant catered to guests with a limited selection of food, albeit of high quality. Very well located and within an easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Second time we've stayed at Copthorne in 4 months. Clean, friendly staff, beautiful view of the lake from our room. Awesome continental breakfast available each morning. Plus dinner menu, room service or dine in.

Spacious rooms for 2 of us. The shower wasn't great was the only minor let down. Great having the breakfast option as well. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Handy location to the town centre, good off street parking which was a bonus, as carparking in Queenstown is a nightmare.

Nosso grupo passou três dias sendo mimado no Copthorne. Os quartos eram adoráveis e espaçosos, com vistas incríveis para o lago. As refeições foram excelentes e os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. É uma caminhada fácil em declive até a parada de ônibus e o centro da cidade. Por ser uma estrada íngreme, um táxi para casa é a melhor opção para os idosos.

Amo o quão perto da cidade fica a 7 minutos (descendo). Depois, há a caminhada de volta. Não tenho certeza de quanto tempo leva porque éramos muito preguiçosos e pegamos um táxi de volta. Ótimas opções de comida e pronto serviço de quarto.

We stayed here for 2N 3D and wow, i must say all the staff there are very friendly and have excellent hospitality skills! The room was very clean and spacious, excellent breakfast buffet! They are also very accommodating to our requests. One morning i ordered coffee from their restaurant and it was perfect! I’m a coffee enthusiast and upon tasting their coffee, I wondered why I even bothered going to those other cafes in QT that are popularly known for their coffees accdg to websites when the coffee at copthorne is way better! Everyone at the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. Apart from this, the location of the hotel is a very short walking distance to the central which is great as we didn’t hire a car this time. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Copthorne and will definitely go back and recommend this hotel! :)

Love how close to town it is 7 mins ( downhill). Then there's the walk back. Not sure how long that takes because we were way too lazy and caught a taxi back. Great food options and prompt room service.

Our group enjoyed three days being spoilt at the Copthorne. The rooms were lovely and spacious with amazing lake views. The meals were excellent and the staff so friendly and helpful. It is an easy walk downhill to the bus stop and town centre. As it is a steep road a taxi home is the way to go for seniors.

Had a great experience during my 6 night stay here (Jan 2021). All the staff were friendly and attentive. The room service was impeccable. The spa pool was a joy to use.The continental buffet breakfast + hot breakfast in the morning was of good quality and definitely sufficient to last until lunch.The room was clean and modern with a nice little balcony overlooking the lake. I would thoroughly recommend staying here. The walk into town is fairly easy as well and parking was only charged once for the duration of the stay.

Nos alojamos en la habitación 2307, vista interior, la cama es espectacular, la ducha no mezcla bien o sale hirviendo o sale fría. Está bien equipado. La recepción es amable. Nos cobraron cargo de 2% por usar american Express. No volvería.

Habitaciones amplias con una vista espectacular. Cerca del centro, se puede ir caminando. Como negativo diria que el baño es algo incómodo aunque tiene lo básico. En la salida te apremian desde las 8h de la mañana. Check out a las 10.30h y entraron o'clock en la habitacion apremiando.
