Equipe amigável. Lugar muito ordenado. Eu estava uma hora atrasado para pegar meu café da manhã (orientações ambiciosas significavam que tínhamos que pedir com antecedência e retirar em um horário específico). Eu esperava que estivesse frio porque eles perceberam que eu cheguei tarde e foram fazer um novo para mim porque o antigo estava frio (sem eu nem perguntar). Fiquei muito impressionado que eles foram além disso para mim.

Reservei o quarto duplo do clube para a minha mãe, mas infelizmente ela não ficou nada impressionada. Com a sala do clube, presumi que fosse uma vista para o mar, mas nem isso. Confira a foto do café da manhã! Sei que não pode ser um buffet, mas o pequeno-almoço não é servido assim mesmo nos hotéis mais baratos! Muito desapontado.

Eu precisava ficar perto de Salford Quays antes que as restrições de bloqueio fossem amenizadas e o Copthorne estivesse bem localizado, com estacionamento e a um preço muito bom. No geral, fiquei satisfeito, a recepção e o check-in foram excelentes, os funcionários que encontrei foram os mais agradáveis.Meu quarto, especialmente o banheiro, estava muito cansado e a qualidade do sono foi afetada pelo que parecia ser água corrente em alguns canos. Eu estava no quarto 245, então devo ficar aqui novamente, não seria nesse quarto. A cama em si era confortável.

Personal amigable. Lugar muy ordenado. Llegué una hora tarde para tomar mi desayuno (las pautas de Covid significaban que teníamos que ordenar con anticipación y recoger a una hora específica). Esperaba que hiciera frío porque notaron que llegué tarde y fueron y me hicieron uno nuevo porque el viejo estaba frío (sin que yo preguntara). Me impresionó mucho que fueran más allá de mí en ese caso.

Reservé la habitación doble club para mi madre, desafortunadamente ella no se impresionó en absoluto. Con la sala del club asumí que sería una vista del agua, pero ni siquiera eso. ¡Mira la foto del desayuno! Entiendo que no puede ser un buffet, ¡pero el desayuno no se sirve así ni siquiera en los hoteles más baratos! Muy decepcionado.

Necesitaba permanecer cerca de Salford Quays justo antes de que se suavizaran las restricciones de cierre y el Copthorne estuviera bien ubicado, con estacionamiento ya muy buen precio. En general, quedé satisfecho, la recepción y el registro fueron excelentes, el personal que encontré fue de lo más agradable.Mi habitación, particularmente el baño, estaba bastante cansado y la calidad del sueño se vio afectada por lo que sonaba como agua corriente muy cerca en algunas tuberías. Estaba en la habitación 245, así que si me quedara aquí de nuevo, no estaría en esa habitación. La cama en sí era cómoda.

Friendly staff. Very orderly place. I was an hour late to get my breakfast (covid guidelines meant we had to order in advance and collect at a specific time). I expected it to be cold by they noticed I came late and went and made me a brand new one because the old one was cold (without me even asking). I was pretty impressed they went beyond for me on that one.

Booked the club double room for my mother, unfortunately she was not impressed at all. With the club room I assumed it was be a water view, but not even that. Check the picture of the breakfast! I understand it can't be a buffet, but breakfast is not served like that even in the cheapest hotels! Very dissapointed.

I needed to stay local to Salford Quays just before the lockdown restrictions were eased and the Copthorne was well located, with parking and at a very good rate. Overall I was satisfied, reception and check in were great, the staff I encountered were most pleasant. My room, particularly the bathroom was pretty tired and the sleep quality was impacted by what sounded like running water very nearby in some pipes. I was in room 245 so should I stay here again it would not be in that room. The bed itself was comfy.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El único inconveniente fue la falta de enchufes en la habitación para cargar. Solo había 2, sin extensión de múltiples enchufes en la habitación. En Birmingham, todas las habitaciones tenían una extensión de múltiples enchufes, esto sería una buena adición.

Servicio absolutamente asombroso incluso a través de un covid difícil 19 veces. Estoy en medio de una mudanza y nos han tratado con gestos de bienvenida. Todo el personal de Gary, Sinead, Ryan e incluso las mucamas han sido excepcionales y seré un cliente habitual habiéndome unido al club de lealtad del milenio incluso una vez que me mudé a mi casa.

Tudo estava muito bom. A única desvantagem foi a falta de tomadas na sala para carregar. Havia apenas 2, nenhuma extensão multi-soquete na sala. Em Birmingham, todos os quartos tinham uma extensão com várias tomadas, o que seria uma boa adição.

Absolutely astounding service even through difficult covid 19 times. I am in the middle of moving house and they have treated us with nothing but welcome gestures. All the staff from Gary, Sinead, Ryan and even the maids have been exceptional and I will be a regular customer having joined the millennium loyalty club even once moved in my house.

Everything was very good. Only down side was lack of sockets in the room for charging. There were only 2, no multi-socket extension in room. In Birmingham all the rooms had a multi socket extension, this would be a good addition.

Hotel encantador, cómodo y limpio con vistas a los muelles, ideal para mi caminata diaria. Mi revisión es por crédito debido a todo el personal. Desde Jessica en la recepción, hasta Kevin, el chef, que fue muy complaciente con mis alergias en tan poco tiempo. (¡El pastel de pescado, korma y bistec muy delicioso! Gracias). Gracias también a Gareth por ordenar mi habitación y, en última instancia, a Chris, el gerente, por tener un equipo tan bueno y ser tan complaciente. Definitivamente buscaría quedarme aquí fuera de las necesidades laborales y los tiempos de Covid. ¡Gracias a todos! 😊

Hotel adorável, confortável e limpo com vista para o cais, ótimo para minha caminhada diária. Minha avaliação é para crédito de todos os funcionários. De Jessica, na recepção, a Kevin, o chef que foi tão complacente para minhas alergias em tão pouco tempo! (A torta de peixe, korma e bife muito gostosos! Obrigado). Agradeço também ao Gareth por organizar meu quarto e, em última análise, a Chris, o gerente, por ter uma equipe tão boa e por ser tão prestativo. Eu definitivamente procuraria ficar aqui fora das necessidades de trabalho e tempos de Covid. Obrigado a todos! 😊

Lovely, comfortable, clean hotel with views over the Quays, great for my daily walk. My review is for credit due to all the staff. From Jessica on reception, to Kevin the chef who was so very accommodating for my allergies at such short notice! (The fish pie, korma and steak very delicious! Thank you). Thanks also the Gareth for sorting my room and ultimately to Chris, the manager, for having such a great team and being so accommodating. I'd definitely look to stay here outside of work needs and Covid times. Thank you all! 😊

El personal es muy amable, pero el menú de la cena es principalmente curry y los productos del desayuno no son lo que esperarías de un hotel tan agradable ... posiblemente debido a la pandemia. Las vistas son extremadamente bonitas, por eso solo son 3 estrellas. Las habitaciones están bien, las camas son cómodas si quieres un colchón más blando. Volveria? ¡Sí, si la comida fuera mejor!

Staff are very friendly but the dinner menu is mainly curry and the breakfast items are not what you'd expect from such a nice hotel...possibly due to the pandemic. Views are extremely nice so that why it's only 3 stars. Rooms are good, beds are comfy if you like a softer mattress. Would I return? Yes if the food was better!
