“Booked the Club Room which was a good size and great value for money. The balcony was a nice addition and just as shown in the pictures. Top score for cleanliness. Booking in process was quick and easy. However, on arrival asked for two wine glasses for our room. Had to wait 3 hours for them to arrive. I called down a couple of times and even went down to reception to collect them myself as the sun was shining and wanted to enjoy a drink on the balcony. I was promptly turned away by staff who said they would bring them up and took 45 mins to do so. Did not have breakfast or food at the hotel so cannot comment.”
