PROS- New hotel, comfortable beds, soft sheets, very clean, really nice staff, breakfast was good, pool was clean. CONS- Though there is a security guard and cameras our catalytic converter was stolen from our car in the parking lot. There are cameras but no one on staff knew how to access them. It was Sunday and that person would be in Wed. Filed a police report and was told it has happened before. Besides the theft it was a great stay.

Até aí tudo bem... Ficar uma semana, pode optar por outra. A equipe é ótima, os quartos são ótimos ... Eu só desejo que eles deixem você dobrar o fechamento da piscina às 10 horas. Em quase todos os outros hotéis de escolha, é como uma regra não escrita ... Se não há ninguém agindo como louco ou 20 pessoas bebendo, você deixa relaxar o quanto eles quiserem ... Este lugar tranca a piscina em 10 Sharp ... . Essa é a única queda

Hasta ahora todo bien... Si me quedo una semana, podría optar por otra. El personal es excelente. Las habitaciones son geniales. En casi todos los demás hoteles selectos, es como una regla no escrita... Si no hay nadie actuando como un loco o 20 personas bebiendo, dejas que se relajen todo el tiempo que quieran... Este lugar cierra la piscina en 10 Sharp... Esa es la única caída

So far so great.... Staying a week, might opt for another. Staff is great rooms are great... I just wish they let you bend the 10 o'clock pool closing. At just about every other choice hotel, it's like an unwritten rule... If there's nobody acting crazy loud or 20 people drinking, you let chill as long as they want... This place locks up the pool at 10 Sharp.... That's the only down fall

Ficamos aqui a cada duas semanas e ainda não tivemos um problema. Nossos quartos são enormes! Nice hotel novo com todas as comodidades. Brendan na recepção é sempre muito gentil e nos reconhece por nosso status na Choice Hotels. Café da manhã muito bom!

Ficamos 4 dias maravilhosos. O hotel era tão limpo. A equipe foi incrivelmente simpática e prestativa. O café-da-manhã de cortesia tinha waffles, ovos mexidos e cozidos salsichas biscoitos w calda iogurte, leite, sucos, cereais, frutas e café 24 horas e muito mais. Muitas lojas e restaurantes convenientes. Para sua informação, o Target não tinha vinho porque é tecnologia na reserva. Nenhum som da rodovia, como mencionado em outros posts. Tenho ficado em muitos hotéis da área de phx. Nenhum se compara ao preço. 2 rainhas e um treinador de retirada.

Nos alojamos por 4 días maravillosos. El hotel estaba tan limpio. El personal fue increíblemente amable y servicial. El desayuno gratuito tenía gofres, huevos revueltos y duros, salchichas, galletas con salsa, yogur, leche, jugos, cereales, frutas, café las 24 horas y mucho más. Muchas tiendas y restaurantes convenientes. FYI the Target no tenía vino porque es tecnología en la reserva. No hay sonidos de la autopista como se menciona en otras publicaciones. Me he alojado en muchos hoteles del área de Phx. Ninguno se compara por el precio. 2 reinas y un entrenador extraíble.

We stay here every other week and have yet to have a problem. Our rooms are huge! Nice new hotel with all the amenities. Brendan at the front desk is always very kind and acknowledges us for our status in Choice Hotels. Very nice breakfast!

We stayed for 4 wonderful days. The hotel was so clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The free breakfast had waffles, scrambled and boiled eggs sausages biscuits w gravy yogurt, milk, juices, cereal, fruits and 24 hour coffee and much more. Many convenient stores and restaurants. FYI the Target didn't have wine because it is tech on the reservation. No sounds from the freeway as mentioned in other posts. I have stayed in many phx area hotels. None compare for the price. 2 queens and a pullout coach.

What a Huge room and so clean. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast had such a huge selection didn't take pictures because of the breakfast rush. Very very affordable.

Os quartos são bons e a equipe é ótima. Tivemos uma ótima experiência desde a recepção até a equipe de limpeza. Muito bom pequeno-almoço quente com muita variedade. Estava muito quieto, embora parecesse haver muitos convidados. Eu vou ficar novamente sempre que estamos na área.

O hotel era bom, mas a equipe e o atendimento ao cliente são ruins. Eu era devido um reembolso de ser cobrado em excesso. Eles disseram que iria voltar no meu cartão depois que eu fiz o check-out. Em vez de devolver o dinheiro, eles pegaram as minas que deviam e tiraram, então agora me deviam o dobro. Não consegui ajuda de ninguém, fui um inconveniente para Chad que trabalha na recepção. Eli você como tentando lidar com a situação, mas nunca foi resolvido. Eu senti que ele estava tentando me dar a volta por cima. Já se passaram 2 meses e ainda não recebi nenhum dinheiro. Nem fui compensado pelo inconveniente. Nunca aconteceu isso em nenhum hotel. É quase impossível que eu veja esse reembolso. Não é a equipe mais agradável que existe. Não recomendaria.

Las habitaciones son bonitas y el personal es fantástico. Tuvimos una gran experiencia desde la recepción hasta el personal de limpieza. Muy buen desayuno caliente con mucha variedad. Estaba muy tranquilo a pesar de que parecía haber muchos invitados. Me quedaré de nuevo cuando estemos en la zona.

El hotel estaba bien, pero el personal y el servicio al cliente es pobre. Me debían un reembolso por haberme cobrado de más. Dijeron que volvería a aparecer en mi tarjeta después de hacer el check out. En lugar de devolver el dinero, tomaron las minas que se debían y las sacaron, así que ahora me debían el doble. No pude obtener ayuda de nadie. Era un inconveniente para Chad que trabaja en la recepción. Eli usted como tratando de manejar la situación, pero nunca se resolvió. Sentí que estaba tratando de darme la vuelta. Han pasado 2 meses y todavía no he recibido dinero. Ni siquiera me compensaron por las molestias. Nunca me había pasado esto en ningún hotel. Es casi imposible. Veré ese reembolso. No es el personal más agradable de todos. No lo recomendaría.

Rooms are nice and the staff is great.We had a great expierence all around from the reception to the cleaning staff.Very good hot breakfast with plenty of variety.It was very quiet even though there seemed to be a lot of guests.I will stay again when ever we are in the area.

The hotel was nice but the staff and the customer service is poor. I was owed a refund from being over charged. They said it would go back on my card after I checked out. Instead of putting the money back they took the mines that was owed and took it out so now they owed me double. Couldn’t get help from anyone I was such an inconvenienceto Chad that works the front desk. Eli you as trying to handle the situation but it never got resolved. I felt that he was trying to give me the run around. It’s been 2 months now and I’ve yet to get any money. I wasn’t even compensated for the inconvenience. Never had this happen at any hotel. Its almost impossible I will see that refund. Not the most pleasant staff what’s so ever. Would not recommend.

Eu absolutamente amo este hotel, até agora tão incrível! As suítes são HUMONGOUS! Está aberto há apenas dois meses, então se você ainda não se hospedou aqui, mas está pensando em fazê-lo, sugiro que faça essa reserva agora. 😀 Ainda não tive a oportunidade de experimentar o pequeno-almoço buffet quente, mas se for algo como os biscoitos quentinhos e frescos à espera dos hóspedes no check-in, tenho um mimo saboroso. 😋 Ficarei 100% aqui novamente no futuro e 100% recomendo a todos.

Adorei este hotel. Ainda cheira a novo. Está em uma ótima localização, próximo a um shopping center e muitas opções para comer. O hotel oferece pequeno-almoço quente gratuito. Os quartos eram super confortáveis. Tivemos o quarto com 2 camas queen size e sofá-cama. O banheiro era bom e espaçoso.

A equipe foi muito útil e tão amigável, excelente serviço ao cliente! Hotel era muito limpo. O café da manhã de cortesia foi incrível! Ovos, salsichas, biscoitos e molho gravy, estação de waffles, cereais, frutas, iogurte, aveia, batatas, bagels, muffins e torradas...como uma propagação! Havia também uma piscina, academia e lavanderia. Localizado ao lado de um enorme centro comercial com tudo que você precisa. Não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre este lugar, recomendo!!!

El personal fue muy servicial y amable, ¡excelente servicio al cliente! El hotel estaba muy limpio. El desayuno de cortesía fue increíble! Huevos, salchichas, panecillos y salsa, estación de gofres, cereal, fruta, yogur, avena, papas, bagels, muffins y tostadas... ¡qué variedad! También había una piscina, gimnasio y lavandería. Ubicado justo al lado de un gran centro comercial con todo lo que necesitas. No puedo decir suficientes cosas buenas sobre este lugar, ¡lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Me encantó este hotel. Todavía huele a nuevo. Está en una excelente ubicación, al lado de un centro comercial y muchas opciones para comer. El hotel ofrece desayuno caliente gratuito. Las habitaciones eran súper cómodas. Teníamos la habitación con 2 camas queen y el sofá cama. El baño era bonito y espacioso.

Me encanta este hotel, ¡hasta ahora tan increíble! Las suites son ENORMES! Solo ha estado abierto durante dos meses, por lo que si aún no se ha hospedado aquí pero está pensando en hacerlo, le sugiero que haga la reserva ahora mismo. 😀 Todavía no he tenido la oportunidad de probar el desayuno buffet caliente, pero si se parece a las galletas calientes y frescas que esperan a los huéspedes en el check-in, me espera un sabroso manjar. 😋 Me quedaré aquí al 100% nuevamente en el futuro y lo recomiendo al 100% a todos.

I absolutely love this hotel, so far so amazing! The suites are HUMONGOUS! It's only been open for two months, so if you haven't stayed here yet but are pondering doing so- I suggest you make that reservation right now. 😀 I haven't had a chance to try the hot buffet breakfast yet, but if it's anything like the warm and fresh cookies waiting for guests at check-in, I'm in for a tasty treat. 😋 I will 100% be staying here again in the future and I 100% recommend to everyone.

Staff was very helpful and so friendly, excellent customer service! Hotel was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffle station, cereal, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, potatoes, bagels, muffins and toast...such a spread! There was also a pool, gym and laundry. Located right next to a huge shopping center with everything you need. Can't say enough good things about this place, highly recommend!!!

Loved this hotel. Still smells like new. It’s in a great location, next to a shopping center and plenty of options to eat. The hotel offers free hot breakfast. The rooms were super comfortable. We had the room with 2 queen beds and the sofa bed. Bathroom was nice and roomy.
