“Everything was clean and the one clerk was working by herself, but she was cordial. The room needs updating. One reservation was placed at the wrong Comfort Suites at Bush Intl (which I was billed) and made reserved a 2nd time at location on JFK. My husband and I came to be safe from the storm. We booked 2 days, stayed 1 & paid for 2”
