Stood waiting to check in for like 20 minutes. Stayed in the presidential Suite. Clean, and a very nice room. No instructions on how to turn on the Fireplace. I figured it out on my own. Did give us free drinks for the lounge across the parking lot. The hot tub in the room was roomy for two no problem! Will stay again.

My flight was coming in at 12:20am. I made reservations for the hotel and said I would need a shuttle and would arrive after midnight. I was told this would not be a problem. The shuttle took almost an hour to arrive at the airport. When I got to the hotel, no one at the front desk. After sitting in the lobby for 40 minutes someone came by and waited on me. She said my reservation was for after 3pm. I said I had made the reservation with the notion that I was coming in after midnight. She was finally able to get me a room however, it took 3 key cards to finally get into a room. I didn’t end up in a room until 1:57am. Needless to say, I was exhausted, frustrated and upset by the whole experience. I cancelled my reservation for the end of my trip and will not be back.

We have stayed here so many times and wanted so bad to leave a good review but I’ve never been so disappointed. I know this place is under new ownership but never imagined it could go downhill so quickly. It looked like someone threw up in the sink in our room and clogged it. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and when I pulled back the sheets there was hair and looked like they hadn’t been changed from the previous guests. The room was dirty and the continental breakfast is half of what it used to be. I’d suggest steering clear of this place.

As someone who stays in a hotel every night for business travel, please ignore the negative reviews for this facility. This location is clean and meets the standards for a Comfort Inn We booked a king room. It has a very comfortable bed, several large pillows, a nice couch to relax on, a work table for use at the bedside or coach in addition to the work desk. Bathroom was spotless. Staff was friendly. They have a large parking lot in the back of the building that can accommodate vehicles with trailers as well as electrical outlets for diesel truck heaters to plug in they have a lounge next door and provided a complimentary drink coupon. We almost didn’t stay here because of the recent reviews, glad we decided to give this location a try! A we will be back again!

Hey you must book at the hotel. They pick you up from the airport and the driver is a star. I love to chat a lot especially about the people, history and general goings on in any new place I visited. Man, this guy was so versed on what was going on in Bismarck and even beyond. The general service from the staff was also unique. Above all they serve wonderful warm breakfast. Though they don't have a gym they are kind enough to direct you to the hotel next door who were also happy to accommodate you. Sadly. I only stayed one night. But if you want somewhere comfortable and friendly I suggest Comfort Inn in Bismarck
