“The rooms were clean and the man who checked us in was very kind My husband had been robbed a few days ago and didn't have an ID. The man who checked us in said we could put $150 deposit and we did. Wanted to stay another night and I went to the front office but the rude woman behind the counter would not let us stay.”

“Location was good, I was requesting for a change of rooms from king to 2 queen but was informed my reservation was prepaid they can't make any change. We came from Vegas And I called beforehand if I can make a change but was not granted Go above and beyond for customers sometimes policy can change for some good reason.”
