The Colcord Hotel is definitely a place i will return to. The presidential suite was amazing. Everyone was helpful from early morning, daytime and middle of the night. There is not enough wonderful things i can say about this hotel. The professionalism and atmosphere was top quality. They exceeded all my expectations.

I actually visited the Flint restaurant located in the Colcord Hotel. I think it works best if you have a reservation for this restaurant. Not a big menu but they do it well. I tried the Cubana sandwich for lunch and it was stuffed with meat. I had the sweet potato fries and they were good but thinner than I would prefer.

Phenomenal experience. From the point of check in up to check out. The hotel staff was great to include the staff at Flint. Everyone was so cheerful. We had the suite and the room size was spacious. My two kids used every inch of the room. They provided a pack n play which was thoughtful. Large bathroom areas with three sinks!! Plenty of towels, and the whirlpool jet tub was great. We used it everyday! Bed was pretty comfortable, but The pillows sucked though! Location was excellent. Quiet downtown! Overall, easily 5 out of 5. It’s what I expect from Hilton!

The room was pretty basic considering the architecture and history of the building. Our room was still dirty when we arrived but the service was phenomenal and the staff was always ready to serve. The Valet drivers went above and beyond out expectations, we would definitely return.

Highly recommended. We had to move out of our house for a renovation and actually spent time at both The National and Colcord, and the service we got at the Colcord was outstanding. Checked us in early (lucky us, as we didn't have a lot of options) and got us 2 ajoining rooms (one king suite, one double queen) and was perfect for our family. Great food/bar downstairs as well. Fast Valet. No complaints.

I would give the hotel 4 stars, but I think the restaurant, Flint, hurt them considerably. Weeks before our reservation for our 10 year wedding anniversary, I paid to have champagne and chocolate covered strawberries delivered to the room before we arrived. We arrived and nothing was delivered. I called downstairs and they were "rushed" up to our room 45 minutes later. During that time we showered in our suite which was advertised in the photos with having a big dual shower head shower set up. It was a single non adjustable head, which whatever just sucked. The next morning we ordered breakfast, I ordered the Flint breakfast, two sunny side up eggs, breakfast potatoes, toast and coffee. The eggs and toast were both room temperature and I received no potatoes. Later that morning I talked to the front desk and found our breakfast charges showing on my credit card. They are meant to be included. They were not, so we were being charged twice for the cold breakfast. I think this might have been fixed, but I will be watching the charges to be sure. The next morning I ordered the Flint biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and potatoes. I received the potatoes this time, but again cold. My scrambled eggs this time were also cold and clearly steam in a bag eggs with no seasoning. The biscuits hade minimal cold gravy dripped on them. The biscuits were also hard due to being cold. I think that is everything. Just be aware.

We loved the history of the Colcord, and it is beautiful outside and in. We paid about $200 dollars per room for two rooms, and got an adjoining suite with a coffee/tea setup and a lounge with extra TV, etc. The rooms were stylish, spacious and clean. We were very impressed and thought we had gotten a great value. However, halfway through the night my nose began to be stopped up and irritated. By morning, my sinuses were so itchy I wanted to rip my nose off. When I went out to the car it got somewhat better, but when I went back in to our room the irritation came back with a vengeance. There is only one thing that makes me react like that - insecticide. When my wife was lounging on the sofa in the suite area that morning, she received a spider bite on her finger. The fang marks were very far apart, so it was a biggun. The bite was very painful and sore for two days and left a scar. We never saw the spider, but I don't know what else it could have been but a recluse. A hunting spider has to have something to eat in order to live. This hotel has a serious bug problem. It was a terrible experience and we will not be back.

This is my favorite hotel in the OKC area. We spent our anniversary weekend here on a corner suite at the top, and the stay was just lovely! We loved all the extras in our suite, and it was HUGE. The lobby is gorgeous, and the front desk people were courteous and congratulatory when we told them it was our anniversary. So sweet. We enjoyed wine on the patio, the valet parking was quick and clean, and our room had absolutely no flaw in it. I love the lobby, it's so pretty. I like how they've kept some very historical pieces and modernized it to give it a very unique and special feel. It's also great you can get to several fine dining establishments in just steps. The breezeway can take you to Vast, and across the street is Mahogany. Don't forget Flint just steps from check in. We enjoyed our stay so much and took advantage of all the wonderful places for drinks and dinner.

The perfect stay!! We had the most incredible night! Perfect staff, everything was very clean, and comfortable! We mentioned that we are staying one night away from our kids and they had champagne brought up to our room while we were at dinner! So incredibly thoughtful! Will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Very nice hotel in a good location. Or it would be a good location if the world wasn't in lockdown. Lots of places nearby were closed for the pandemic. But the adjacent park is beautiful. Somewhat dated. The thermostat in our room had a mind of it's own but at least the room was a decent temperature. Couldn't see out the windows for the dirt but that's not fair to judge them on that because of the shut down and the construction going on.

Had a death in the family and didn't arrive until 6am and they would not adjust my rate. Wanted me to pay $--- for both nights plus parking for both nights 100 and a 200 hold for incidentals do $--- for one night. The clerk was very rude he had no Also treated my rudely and so I left after being treated that way after driving 5 hours in the middle of night after my nephew passed away!
