“The hotel in general is really nice with lots of bars and pools. However the services are poor.
Plates, silverware, cups are disgusting. Almost never clean.
Rooms are kept clean however they give you ripped towels.
All Inclusive food always the same… not many options.
Cleaning stations, face mask and sanitisers always in place. ✅
Reception requires deposit for using iron so be prepared if you don’t have cash with you.
We stayed 6 nights and only managed to get booking for 2 restaurants out of 4. They were either closed or fully booked.
Entertainment for kids was good. Kids disco was a bit late at 20:30.
Beach is too far away especially if you’re with child.”

“The hotel is absolutely perfect. Everything works fine. Pools are gorgeous, bar in pool, waterfall, so many bubble spot. Everybody finds what he needs. And in the end the private hotel beach. There you can spend days. On the beach is also beach bar which serves drinks and food.”
