Está bien, pobre para un 4 estrellas, cierto es que en pandemia están haciendo un esfuerzo por estar abierto y dar un buen servicio. Las comidas flojas de variedades y los desayunos, normalmente las cenas estaban mejor. Los empleados espectaculares, amables, atentos.... Daría más estrellas si pudieran mejorar el buffet. Repetiría menos días

Excelente localização. Staff muito simpático e prestável. Comida variada, saborosa e bem confecionada. Vários restaurantes c horáriosacessíveis. Várias piscinas para crianças e adultos. Música ao vivo todas as noites. Muito bom!

Muito bom para quem tem crianças, internet é lenta e a limitacao a 2 dispositivos por quarto nao faz sentido nos dias de hoje.

Muito impessoal e com um único interesse, o mercado Alemão, os restantes são invisíveis, os euros não alemães são desvalorizados, os quartos estão mal concebidos e desconfortáveis. Os Riu mais baratos estão com melhores condições. Este parece uma casa para idosos ...

Positivo: Hotel com áreas muito agradáveis. Piscinas muito boas quer para adultos quer para crianças. Bastantes espreguiçadeiras ( não é preciso acordar cedo para reservar). Bebidas de marca oficial e marca branca. Alimentação acima da média num tudo incluído. Partes negativas: pessoal pouco simpático e pouco disponível para ajudar ( empregadas dos quartos, piscina, restaurante). Sempre fico em hotéis RIU e fico sempre satisfeito com os empregados. No gran canaria raramente vi um sorriso. Os quartos foram remodelados mas mantinham defeitos antigos como a porta do quarto ser ainda com chave e quando tomava banho tinha infiltração no chão e o autoclismo pingava. Inadmissível num hotel desta categoria. Se irei repetir? Talvez, apesar de ter ficado desiludido com os serviços prestados quando comparado com o RIU papayas por exemplo. Irei voltar pelas áreas do hotel, piscinas e localização.

Nuestra primera estancia en este Hotel y aseguro no será la única. La atención por parte del personal es de 10, destacar la amabilidad del personal del comedor. La comida está correcta y se nota que cuidan los mínimos detalles. También destaco la decoración del Hotel,te producen sensación de naturalidad, frescura y sencillez. Solo a mejorar que hay mobiliario de la habitación para cambiar, pero está muy limpio. Sin ninguna duda, allá donde vaya buscaré Hotel de esta cadena.

Nos alojamos en régimen de todo incluido en una de las habitaciones con piscina privada. La elección de la habitación fue lo mejor, desde luego. Pero todos los servicios del hotel (los que estaban abiertos a causa del covid) funcionaban fenomenal, y daba la sensación de seguridad constante: tomas de temperatura, limpieza constante de mesas y sillas, escrupuloso uso de mascarillas por parte del personal (y obligando a los clientes a ponérsela correctamente), distancia de seguridad y geles hidroalcohólicos por doquier. Unas vacaciones tranquilas y de desconexión en un complejo que cuida cada detalle para cuidar de la salud de sus empleados y sus clientes.

La distribución y belleza de sus jardines. La amabilidad de su personal. La organización y simpatía de su personal de animación, camareros, etc. Quizás la única queja puede ser la poca variedad de las comidas

Hotel bom mas a precisar de trocar os colchões

El hotel es muy acogedor, mucho espacio exterior,piscinas amplias para todas las edades, tanto infantil como adultos. Varios restaurantes donde elegir, con restaurantes temáticos y diferentes zonas de bar para bebidas y cócteles muy acogedores. Quizás la única pega es la poca variedad en los menús buffet,en el Dunas sobretodo. Muchísimas actividades para estar entretenidos todo el día y lo mejor sin duda es el personal, muy atentos y amables.

Excelente servicio, durante los 10 días que fui huésped el personal fue muy atento y las instalaciones bien cuidadas y limpias, la animación muy bien a pesar de estar limitados por las medidas contra el coronavirus. Por decir algo que se puede mejorar se podría hacer más con el control de los insectos, el hotel está muy limpio pero la habitación que cogimos estaba muy cerca de la avenida pública y la presencia de cucarachas provocaba que hubiera que cerrar todo a cal y canto en cuanto empezaba a oscurecer. Aún así gracias al aire acondicionado dormimos bastante bien. Sé que no se pueden controlar las cucarachas de la calle pero quizás se podría fumigar los límites del hotel para espantarlas y que no sean tantas. A pesar de eso tengo que admitir que la experiencia fue muy buena y la higiene muy correcta, la variedad de bebidas del todo incluido me sorprendió gratamente, y estoy más que dispuesta a volver cuando tenga oportunidad. Yo lo recomiendo.

Muy buen hotel a escasos 10 minutos andando del faro y de la playa.Esta adaptado para personas con minusvalia y tienen todo el servicio de comida adaptado para celiacos. Avisabas con antelacion que querías comer o cenar sin gluten y te lo preparaban. Ademas de tener postres especiales.Muy buena opción los restaurantes tematicos que había por las noches.El equipo de animación muy implicado durante el dia con muchas actividades. Estaban muy bien los grupos que venían a cantar por las noches.Hotel muy recomendable con personal muy amable. El único pero es el aparcamiento para el coche que es limitado. Pero si te lo tomas con calma consigues aparcar.

Best hotel that we’ve stayed at. All inclusive provision was outstanding

Big hotel, in big grounds, living up to its 4 star rating. Friendly staff who work hard to keep the whole place immaculate and provide great customer service. Our room was well-appointed, modern, and a good size with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Various swimming pools and plenty of sun beds in the grounds. Four bars, with international brands on offer as part of the all-inclusive formula. Four restaurants, one Chinese, served good food with enough variety throughout the week. However there were no themed evenings, unlike many similar hotels. The in-house entertainment was frankly rather self-indulgent, with performers sticking to their own pre-arranged set, with little consideration of what their audience might like to hear.

Staff were excellent throughout the hotel especially reception on checking in we had a fantastic suite over looking the sea..food fantastic everywhere.. garden’s kept beautiful throughout..we also saw first hand how the hotel staff came to the rescue of a poor unfortunate guest who seemed to have heart failure well done everybody in getting the guest back and to hospital very efficiently Could not fault this hotel...Sandra kelly

Muito bom, férias óptimas é pena que às suítes com piscina privativa fiquem por baixo do restaurante é se houve muito barulho, o hotel tem falta de ter restaurante com serviços à carta. Mas é fantástico.

Hotel grande mas muito frio e com muitas correntes de ar na epoca de inverno e a nivel da comida com pouca variedade e pouco saborosa, no quarto quando se vai tomar duche derrepente fica a agua a ferver e derrepente fica gelada nao percebo o sistema de agua quente muito mau mesmo.As bebidas no bar muito mal feitas bebi uma caipirinha que de caipirinha nao tinha nada feita com sumo de limao engarrafado

Just come back from here. As soon as you go your are welcomed by friendly staff. The hotel is very clean and rooms are designed for a nice relaxing stay with the little mini bar a great touch. There are load of activities to join in with. I found there was load of choice with the food very tasty and fresh. I would recomend this hotel to anyone. Was a great stay and I hope to come back again.

Great family resort, excellent entertainment, good food, clean well maintained rooms, professional service, we stayed in a private pool room which had views of the ocean the only downside to these rooms is that the public promenade was the other side of the hedge which led to some members of the public stoping and staring, would happily recommend the resort,

Loved it here, however just needs a few tweaks to make it perfect. Rooms are clean and spacious but need some TLC. You'd expect your room to be cleaned before 3pm (some days it wasn't). Germans come first here. They have towels down at the crack of dawn in the best spots. They even reserve the best seats at the bar. All this said, I would come back the hotel is in a great location and really gets the all inclusive thing right by providing good food and premium brand drinks. Maybe I'll give it 5 stars next year?...

I love this hotel, the service was really good, the hotel must say it's for families specially for families with kids which is perfect for us, but I saw couples or group of friends there which were a bit out of place. We will definitely come back. Rooms are great. The food a bit repetitive but they are flexible with children, they can make an omelet or chicken nuggets which is very nice. The shows are beautiful. I would add some activities for kids under 4, because the activities are focus on older children.

Great hotel, big, very busy. So many people it has two entertainment areas in the evening. It can be hard getting a spot around the pool, people ‘reserve’ sun beds all the time, hated that. Gym doesn’t have enough equipment though it was never too busy, and no free-weights. Food was amazing and so much choice. Loved being able to pour my own beer at bars and restaurants, wine was even on tap!
