Hotel recien reformado que pasó de tener 2 piscinas a creo que 6 piscinas aprovechando mucho mejor el espacio del hotel.El esqueleto se mantiene, los pasillos se mantiene como estaban anteriormente pero todo lo demás se ve renovado. El cambio en las instalaciones es tremendo.Si ya estuviste con anterioridad en el hotel te encontrarás fácilmente ya que más o menos todo sigue en el mismo lugar.Actualmente sigo alojado en el hotel, decir que las comidas y servicios se ben muy limitados por el covid, hay casi más piscinas que gente... Llegamos un martes y el comedor solo es la sombra de lo que era antes, el bar de la piscinas (la Gomera) estaba cerrado... Para tomar algo era complicado... El pepe's food una mi... por suerte/desgracia a llovido y lo cerraron al igual que el bar que tiene al lado y al día siguiente abrieron el bar la Gomera y el pepe's lo pusieron en el restaurante atlantico (mucho mejor).En general los camareros se desviven por ayudar aunque como dije arriba el tema de la comida y variedad... deja mucho mucho que desear. Hay 3 restaurantes temáticos y solo abren dos de ellos y solo 3 noches el fin de semana.El tema de las bebidas están acorde con lo ofrecido en otros hoteles de la cadena.La zona está ahora con el paseo "marítimo" en obras pero cuando las terminen tendrá acceso a dos calitas ,como antes, aunque antes para llegar a ellas era... complicado. También he visto en la zona un nuevo centro comercial. En cuanto pase el tema del covid tiene pinta de q esta zona va ganar mucho "caché".La wifi vuela en todo el hotel, creo que antes era de pago y ahora (la free) va perfecta y sorprendentemente sin cortes!Hotel todo incluido muy recomendable, pero con la ocupación actual se ve limitado en los servicios que ofrece. Veo que hay gente que critica el horario del check-In/check-Out en nuestro caso llegamos a las 13:00 y nos dieron habitación sin problema... A lo mejor si vas solo un día o dos puede que lo limiten, el check-out no se lo que me dirán pero en otros hoteles de la cadena en agosto si querías quedarte hasta las 15:00 tenías q pagar un suplemento y si querías hasta las 18:00 un suplemento mayor... Y esto, sinceramente, no lo veo bien, hace años esto no era así pero... es lo que hay!Lo peor(por decir algo): Parking de pago, creo que 7€/día Las camas no son las más cómodas y hacen ruido al moverse. Variedad comidas.

Realmente vergonzoso. Nunca mas piso este hotel ni ninguno de esta cadena. Por donde empezar; Comida: es inaceptable que un hotel de 4 estrellas tenga un buffet de tan mala calidad. Se entiende que no vas a comer la mejor comida de tu vida pero unos mínimos hay que mantener. No estas en un hotel de carretera. Todo congelado, industrial y sin sabor. Y no es que lo diga yo, los propios empleados lo dicen los unos a los otros enfrente de los clientes. Se deben pensar que todos somos alemanes e ingleses y no entendemos. Bebida: asqueroso simplemente. "Cócteles" hechos con preparados que mezclan con hielo y ala. Sabor horrible. Cerveza y vino muy malo. Lo peor es que no puedes pagar por algo mejor. No tienen otra cosa. "Zumo" de máquina que solo con ver como de hecha ni lo bebes. En definitiva, muy bien para los ingleses/alemanes que no se enteran de nada y solo buscan beber cualquier cosa con tal de emborracharse.

Hotel muito bom? Excelente para passar no mínimo 10 dias para aproveitar sem pressase conhecer a ilha. Um TI realmente fantástico com boa comida e bebida. Empregados bastante alegres sempre ávidos de servir a próxima bebida. Um pouco longe 8-10 minutos de carro dos principais pontos turísticos pelo que é imprescindível alugar carro. Quartos familiares muito espaçosos com sala. Sem WI-FI o que não se percebe nos dias de hoje.

El hotel muy bien , pero la verdad es un error teniendo tantas piscinas que no estén separados al menos una de ella de las familias, pelotas en las piscinas etc. Por lo demás genial

great hotel excellent staff we were here in oct 2020, the hotel has had a 30 million refurbishment and every thing in the hotel is new. The room we stayed in was a family room 7002 quite part of the hotel with two separate bedrooms and a very large balcony. The hotel had hand sanitation in every lift in your room , before you entered a restaurant you were given hand sanitation and had your temperature taken. Totally felt safe at this hotel, and will be returning in march.

El hotel muy bien la verdad, las instalaciones nuevas y el personal muy amable. Si es cierto que el buffet no es muy variado pero aún así esta bien. El check in es a las 16.00 por lo que no pudimos almorzar en el hotel ese día.El parking del hotel es aparte, 7€ el día. Estuvimos media hora haciendo cola para poder hacer el check in y eso que no había tanta gente. La chica de recepción estaba tan pérdida que ni fue capaz de indicarnos donde estaba el comedor o las zonas de actividades, no nos explicaron nada. Ni siquiera nos dijeron que existe la posibilidad de reservar en los restaurantes temáticos. Nos enteramos gracias a Internet. Y ya para rematar hicimos el check out a las 11.00 y a partir de entonces no podíamos seguir disfrutando del todo incluido y ni siquiera del almuerzo que no se nos dio el primer día que llegamos. Para poder hacerlo debíamos pagar 20€ más por persona. Además, las medidas covid no se tomaban muy en serio.

Hotel recién reformado, habitaciones de buen tamaño y muy cómodas con lo necesario. Todo muy limpio y buen trato del personal. La comida y la bebida no muy buena. Aunque sea un todo incluido esperaba algo mas.

He compartido este fin de semana estancia en vuestro Hotel, quiero destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal. Quiero comentar también que el grupo de animación con sus espectáculos de danza y cante de las chicas, con sus coloridos de luces y sus voces armónicas, su alegría e interés por hacernos pasar un muy buen rato, y,lo valoro muy positivamente, igual que la clase de acuarela a la que asistí, cuya animadora en todo momento me hizo pasar una velada agradable y donde aprendí las técnicas que las imparteinmejorablemente, gracias Andrea. en general todo me ha parecido perfecto,limpieza y del resto de personal,y la actuación de las trompetas del grupo cubano. ¡mi enhorabuena¡.Espero repetir proximamente

Hemos entrado el día de la reapertura luego de la reforma. El hotel ha quedado precioso. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Todo nuevo y muy bonito. Hay varias piscinas, en una de ellas aún estaban trabajando por lo que no se podía acceder. Bonitas vistas al mar y a la Gomera.El día que llegamos en recepción estaban un poco liados, asumimos que por la reapertura. Tuvimos un problema con la llave de la habitación y con la ducha del baño pero lo han solucionado con prontitud. Lo hemos gestionado a través de la app.Adicional, El parking es pago 7€, al día. Fuera del hotel hay lugar donde aparcar pero puede ser complicado conseguir aparcamiento disponible.Los camareros y el personal de animación muy amables. Fátima del Bar de La Gomera es muy maja y prepara un café de 10!! El protocolo covid está bastante bien. Hay geles hidroalcoholicos por todo el hotel, incluidos ascensores y restaurante. Constantemente están desinfectando las hamacas y pasamanos.A pesar de la oferta en restaurantes que hay, sólo estaba disponible el restaurante buffet. La comida regular. Faltó variedad. Los cócteles terribles, la calidad de los licores no es la mejor. Por lo que la mejor opción termina siendo los grifos de cerveza, vinos y cava. Faltan opciones de snack en los bares.El día de salida te piden que hagas el check out a las 11hs, y a diferencia de otros hoteles todo incluido, si te quieres quedar luego de entregar la habitación debes pagar 16€ por persona hasta las 15hs y 36€ hasta las 18hs. Lo cual nos ha parecido insólito. Por lo que nos hemos ido con mal sabor de boca. Ya que sientes casi que te están echando del hotel.

I only give three starts because I was very happy with the service I received at hotel. People working there are just amazing. It was pleasure to stay with such a great service. Hotel was not so good. Rooms are very simple and dated, beds are uncomfortable and old - I am expecting beds to be super comfortable when I am going to four star hotel. Doors of the balcony were not working (couldn’t close them) so air cond was not working either due to doors not being able to close. Hotel is very loud. I could literally hear kids yelling two floors below me. I heard they are going to do some refurbishment shortly and I hope it’s true because hotel really needs it. Loved location of the hotel though.

Very nice hotel. It is located at the edge of the ocean, with very convenient access to the beach. The food is good, although it is very similar every day. Great animation team. The kids' club is fine, but might be a bit more adventurous (more plays, contests etc.) so the kids don't get bored. The pools are a bit chilly in the morning (February), but are warm enough in the afternoon. Clean rooms. The only thing we didn't like was that some guests smoked in the pool area. But all in all we enjoy our stay a lot, we would like to come back after its planned renovation this year.

The only bad "Riu experience" we have had so far. But it was also the worst from a 4-star hotel so far! The room was a mess it needed urgent refurbish, the shower too small, the furniture was peeling off, the light bulb in the room was hanging in one screw from the ceiling threatening to fall every second, the drainage in the shower cabin was not being fix during our stay there despite asking the front desk 3 times, the fruit from the restaurant were seldom fresh and very limited (mostly just oranges, grapefruit, banana and only occasionally kaki), the bananas were always unripe. The only fresh fruit (grapefruit and tomato for 5 days in a row without any addition!) they had was not prepared in front of us like in the other Riu hotels where we have been so far. The cocktails were not well prepared. The "italian- theme" restaurant is a big joke, as well as the fitness room. The latter is also incredibly dirty and the equipments outdated, old and needed urgent cleaning. The front desk was there to take over the complaints but that was everything, they acted as mere automatons. Overall, an extremely dissaponting experience that made us go for other hotel chains in our future vacations in the Canary Islands.

Very clean even after some client's being disrespectful to other clients by not picking their debris up(IE parents of kids!) Catering for most taste's ××××××××××××× 5th day?! Not a had place to come with family, only issue for me and my parents is smoking!! It's a problem in most hotel's the lack of dedicated area's(separate area's) for non-smokers and children.Food As with my past experience with "all-inclusive" hotels it seems pretty repetitive with some tweaks here and there, but with such a large hotel I guess from my lack of experience it could be a problem to handle, but staff seem to be on the ball to keep client's happy Entertainment Staff I'vee not seen all staff in there job's but what I have seen!! Well done!!Pool rules!! Not respected in regards to reserving sunbeds...good old days of the Germans putting towels on sunbeds!! Na!! Lots of non Germans here!!glass and cups (dangerous to the kids) loads of plastic ones to reuse for client, but lots of clearing up(and collection points) done by staffOn the whole it was good break for Christmas and New Year

I really love it here this is our 5th time here the place is lovely and the staff are really good nothing to much trouble for them food good pools and rooms are very nice we always have a family room can't beat it we will be back again next year love it

Unidade hoteleira bem situada em frente ao mar, com possibilidade de tudo incluído. Acesso directo a uma pequena praia. Boas piscinas. Ginásio. Suites muito espaçosas, 2 casas de banho, varanda muito grande com espreguiçadeira e vista para piscina e mar. Excelente relação qualidade preço.

Chegamos ao hotel com 2 crianças às 20.00 e ainda nao tinhamos quartos disponiveis... Refeições quentes com muito pouca alternativa, frango e peixe quase sempre o mesmo. Nao havia sopa passada todos os dias Muito pouca alternativa para os lanches, na pizaria era uma vergonha, porque fechava as 17.30 e mesmo que estivesse mos a servirmos, tiravam-nos os tabuleiros da frente e diziam mesmo que fechava às 17.30 e mal educados. Os mini bar nos quartos vazios... apenas 1 garrafa de agua na recepçao Quanto à limpeza dos quartos era muito boa e os funcionários eram todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos, exceto os da pizaria. Piscinas lotadas e mesmo assim permitem boias e colchoes de agua enormes! Muito a mudar...

Stayed here for one week on a family vacation. The food is great staff a friendly and helpful. Lots of things to do for the kids and the kids and entertainment is great.

Just returned from a wonderful weeks' family holiday at this hotel. First we were up graded to family rooms - a sitting room, toilet, bathroom and bedroom with a big balcony. Ours looked towards the sea and had sun all afternoon. The hotel although big is built low scale, using the natural slope of the site with sea on three sides. The main restaurant gave a great variety of foods on offer everyday - yes pizza, pasta, chips, but also roast chicken and pork on various days. Fish and salads were on offer everyday as well as a great selection of deserts. There is also a smaller restaurant near the sea which had theme nights - Italian & Asian while we were there which you had to book at breakfast. Great pools with plenty of sunbeds and towels available. Lots of activities in the larger pool throughout the day. Evening entertainment as well if you want it. The hotel is on its own, but no more than 15 minutes walk you've got Hard Rock Hotel, bars, and restaurants. We could not fault the hotel and the staff were brilliant. Can't wait to go there again

An absolutely fantastic stay in this gorgeous hotel. Cannot recommend it enough, the staff were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Friendly and funny and so so helpful. The food is excellent with lots of range and nice freshly cooked food despite them feeding so many people. A great range of drinks on the all inclusive all though some of the cocktails need a little extra alcohol adding (which the staff are happy to do). No extra hidden costs in the hotel like some others even your safe is included, and honestly one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. Book into the other restaurant whilst you are there it's part of the hotel and has a fantastic atmosphere and feels like you are eating out at no extra cost. The shuttle bus times are a little restrictive as you cannot go into play de las America's in the evening without paying for a taxi but it is a great service for the daytime. Would absolutely stay here and at other Riu hotels after this experience. Thank you!!
