Serviço de atendimento ao cliente terrível. Os elevadores não funcionam. A recepcionista cometeu um erro ao fazer nossa reserva e nos reservou uma noite a menos do que pedimos. O hotel recusou-se a honrar a nossa estadia pretendida original. Decidimos sair e ir para um hotel diferente.

Terrible customer service. Elevators don't work. The receptionist made a mistake when taking our reservation and booked us for one night less than what we asked for. The hotel refused to honor our original intended stay. We decided to leave and go to a different hotel.

Experiência muito boa, com pequenos detalhes. Muito bom pequeno-almoço, estávamos completamente satisfeitos. O estacionamento não é exclusivo do hotel, é gratuito, mas fica na praça em geral. Você tem que conseguir um novo tíquete toda vez que tiver que sair. Esperamos que eles melhorem isso para reduzir o consumo de papel. A chave é um cartão e é usada no elevador e nas portas dos quartos, falhou no elevador certo, tivemos que pedir verificação dos nossos cartões porque falhou bastante e não permitiu acionar o elevador. Os pisos superiores são acessíveis apenas por elevador. Pessoal muito simpático, sempre recebido e atento às nossas necessidades. Os quartos eram pequenos, mas tinham o necessário para descansar e se preparar para o dia. Café e chá gratuitos 24 horas.

O hotel dispõe de todas as suas comodidades, localizado numa excelente zona de Monterrey. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e estão sempre prontos a ajudar. Tem máquinas de café gratuitas para os hóspedes 24 horas e que é sempre apreciado.

Muy bonito, limpio y bien ubicado dentro de una plaza con muchas opciones de restaurantes y una tienda comercial.

Muy buena experiencia, con algunos detallitos. Muy buen desayuno, quedamos completamente satisfechos. El estacionamiento no es exclusivo del hotel, es gratis, pero es de la plaza en general. Se tiene que sacar un boleto nuevo cada vez que se tenga que salir. Ojalá mejoren esto para reducir el consumo de papel. La llave es una tarjeta y se utiliza en el elevador y en las puertas de los cuartos, fallaba en el elevador derecho, tuvimos que solicitar verificación de nuestras tarjetas porque fallaba bastante y no permitía activar el elevador. Los pisos superiores son sólo accesibles por elevador. El personal muy amable, siempre saludaban y eran atentos a nuestras necesidades. Los cuartos eran pequeños pero contaban con lo necesario para descansar y prepararse para el día. Café y té gratis 24 hrs.

Me deixa meio caro pelo que oferece mas te dão uma boa atenção, serve para o que é, para descansar, fica muito bem localizado perto de shopping centers, o quarto um pouco pequeno Mas descansa bem, café da manhã deixa muito desejo de melhor sair para procurar algo melhor em outro lugar. Ainda é um bom hotel, mas, além disso, ainda não sei por quê.

Se me hace un poco carito para lo q brinda pero te dan Buena atención, sirve para lo q es, para descansar,está muy bien ubicado centros comerciales cerca, la habitación algopequeña Pero se descansa bien, el desayuno deja mucho q desear mejor salgan a buscar algo mejor a otra parte . Aún así es buen hotel pero Plus no sé porqué aún.

Mixed emotions here. On one side, this hotel has a great location. Since is right in the middle of the mall, you can easily go get dinner and a snack, do some shopping, go to the supermarket that is in the mall and super close to the doors, get Tim Horton's coffee and never need a car to do that. They have lots of security measures, they do a questionnaire, temperature checks, spray your bags every time you come back, the antibacterial gels, etc. We were nicely welcomed and everything went pretty smoothly. On the other hand, as soon as we get to the room, we found long hairs in a pillow. So every safety measure goes out the window and we suddenly felt not so safe. Hairs in a pillow means the room has not been throughly cleaned, especially during a pandemic, when that is super important. Then, the transportation situation. The hotel is still advertising this amenity, which is that they drive you anywhere in a 10km radius for free. It was one of the reasons why we chose them. One receptionist told us it was still working, and to just let them know 10 minutes before we needed the service. The other receptionist flat out refused, citing pandemic reasons. So all this confusing information ended up not giving us the service we specifically chose the hotel for. They need to mention the service is no longer available, as they mention any new restriction.

Rooms are small, clean and comfortable. Affordable prices, could improve breakfast. Great location!

Small rooms with the most basic features. Only one drawer, no closets. Small bathroom. It is the minimum you need. Pros of this hotel: its location, its approach to environmentally friendly dinnerware. Cons: way too basic, that not even have international news channels on TV. Only six or seven channels. Slow internet.

Location is good. Shopping district. No refrigerator, hair dryer in the room. I will try other location next time.

City Express Plus is a very comfortable hotel. It's the only hotel in this area, so it has a privileged location, yet the rates are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to firends and family.
