Estuvo bastante bien por el precio pagado. Incluyó desayuno y transporte al aeropuerto. El olor del pasillo no es muy agradable y los aires acondicionados hacen bastante ruido, fuera de eso todo excelente.

For a super hot day we got only one tiny water bottle, one towel for two people as soon as we were walking in our room the smell was so disgusting. It smelled humid and nasty. At night they were a lit of drunk men outside the parking lot and a lot of beer bottles thrown all over the parking lot. In the morning when we went out my car had a scratch on the trunk of my car like if they had put their cans. I will take a picture and will load it. I dont think I will stay here again.Very bad experience for me

Esta bien la habitación, deberían de mejorar: la señal de la televisión, no poner toallas de baño muy desgastadas, dar mantenimiento a las regaderas, el agua de cortesía considerar por lo menos una botella de 500ml.

Tenemos dos años hospedando nos en esté hotel por cuestiones de la escuela... Y siempre hay un pero... En el... En esta ocasión el aire no enfriaba suficiente... Olía muchísimo a drenaje....Espantosamente... Y el día domingo... Antes de solicitar cualquier cosa el encargado de recepción ya estaba dándonos una negativa.... Rotunda.... Así que ni hielo ni nada... Podíamos pedirle....

Nice staff, good breakfast. They held my bags overnight for me while I went to the border to renew my Visa and get the vaccine. Girl who works the front desk in the day was really helpful.

Desta vez, minha estada não foi muito agradável. Eles me pararam de dois pagamentos por causa do sistema lento que eles têm para cobrança. Eu não os reflito. O pagamento pelo qual eu tive que pagar em dinheiro novamente e esperar que sua cobrança fosse refletida para devolver o valor em dinheiro. Muito mau serviço expresso de nomeação. Coloque as baterias para que seus clientes estejam saindo. Não vou ficar lá de novo porque passo muito tempo na recepção. E estou muito cansado. O que é uma pena sobre o hotel.

En esta ocasión mi estancia no fue muy placentera. Me detuvieron dos pagos por que su sistema lento que tienen para cobro. No les reflejo. El pago por lo que tuve que volver a pagar en efectivo y esperar a que se les reflejará su cobro para regresarme la cantidad en efectivo. Muy mal servicio cita express. Ponte las pilas por se te va la clientela. No me vuelvo a quedar ahí por que pase mucho tiempo en recepción . Y yo con mucho cansancio. Que lastima de hotel.

Agende que me llevará el shuttle del hotel a la frontera y a la mera hora me avisan que no me pueden llevar. Por fortuna la gerente me dio excelente atención pidiendo sin dudar un taxi. Se me soluciono en cuestión de 10 minutos.

Great service! So polite and caring! I really enjoyed the stay but one thing bothered me, the strong smell. It gave me a headache and I couldn’t sleep because of it. But yes an excellent hotel! Keep up the hard work!!!

I got the most economic room. It is small, but does not feel crowded. The furniture looks modern I'd say. Am happy with what I got for my money. My only problem was at check-in time, I has to wait from 3 to 4:15 to get my room.

Overall room was clean, cool AC, great coffee, just shower had mildew built up on the grout lines at eye level didn't use the shower. In general is ok, night security was a plus. I would stay again...
