Todo excelente solo el aire hacia mucho ruido y la sra que te apoya en el desayuno tiene una pésima actitud y se enoja por que le pides las cosas de ahí en fuera todo excelente

Hotel muito bom localizado próximo ao CAS do consulado dos EUA, caso você venha para processar seu visto.O lobby é um pouco pequeno, como a maioria dos City Express.

Como sempre uma excelente experiência. Salas limpas. Excelente equipe. O café da manhã complementar é super bom. Excelente café 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana (adoro isso) 👍

Muy buen hotel ubicado cerca del CAS del consulado de USA, en caso de que vengas a tramitar tu visa.El lobby es algo reducido, como la mayoría de los City Express

El personal fue amable, el desayuno incluido es variado y con buen sabor. Es un lugar que comúnmente se encuentra con cupo lleno debido a que prácticamente a 50 metros sd encuentra el CAS.

A cama era muito pequena e o quarto parecia apertado. Mas tudo estava impecavelmente limpoEste é um hotel funcional, não luxuoso. Ainda assim, é recomendado.

Excelente atenção de todos os funcionários. A única desvantagem é que o ar condicionado é muito barulhento. Eu fiquei em 2 quartos diferentes e em ambos o ruído é muito alto, por isso é um pouco difícil adormecer, para aqueles de nós que têm luz. Caso contrário, tudo muito bem.

Excelente atención de todo el personal. El único inconveniente es que el aire acondicionado es bastante ruidoso. Me he quedado en 2 habitaciones distintas y en ambos el ruido es muy fuerte, por lo que es un poco difícil conciliar el sueño, para quienes lo tenemos ligero. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Good in general. The staff was very nice and helpful.We arrived at midnight and our reservation was ready.It's an old hotel but well maintained.The place to go to the Visa appointment is right next to it. 5 minutes walk.An uber can take you across the Avenue to the mall where you can find good restaurants.

OK rooms good parking lot. The overall ambiance looks inexpensive. Great location. The rates offered were not for budget accommodations. It doesn't look higher end as others in the area. But not a bad choice for hotel.

Clean room...very friendly staff..especially night securityoffering ideas where to visit was nice. The simple (free) breakfast was delicious with a good variety . Secure parking was included. Great value overall- Update---April 29, 2018 We tried to book a room on the website and could not. We arrived at the hotel the next day trying to book a room in person. The front receptionist told us that on line booking was closed due to the fact that there were a high demand for room coming up. so were were ready to book a room in person but the price turned out to be 50% more that the on-line price and charge that we paid last visit. Maybe we would have still booked the room but the terrible attitude that the receptionist displayed toward us was very rude when we asked what the why it mattered if customers book on line or in person it is still a paying customer. Another female employee next to her suggested she speak to the manager maybe they could help us and she said "No, the manager can t help."We felt that the receptionist treated us unfairly because we don t speak the language fluently. At this point, we dont feel that we'll ever go back to City Express, as much as we liked it the first time.

The clerk didn't know where to find out the hotels.com reservation, and first room a/c was so dirty it was impossible to sleep... second room was better but still have dirty a/c. Really need to have...

Overall a nice business hotel, staff were very helpful and cordial room was clean and the free breakfast is a plus, on the downside room door didn't close by itself and you need to have a trash can...

All the employees are really nice people, they even let my father use their wheelchair to go to his appointment with out any charge. I really enjoyed the time we expended in the hotel. I recommend...
