“We had a 6 night stay at Cassia Bintan and loved it. We had garden view room which was spacious and clean with excellent amenities. The kitchenette was well stocked and even has a pod coffee machine (pods purchased for small fee). The beach at Cassia is nothing short of amazing. The water is perfect and the beaches are very clean and provide great snorkeling too. Access is allowed to the Angsana pool (next door) giving you a choice of two beautiful pool areas. Food is relatively expensive throughout the resort but the included breakfast is delicious and extensive.”

“Just checked in to room 1207 and bathing halfway when water was cut off. Call reception n was told doing maintenance but I was nv informed at all when check in. Room 1207 was just beside 1208 where the management use as a staff lounge where staff blast loud music and park their service trolley along the corridor. Mind u this is actually the so called sea front apartment. Avoid at all cost. Only at my 1st night now hope I survive the stay.”
