“The room and location were nice. The service sucked. I asked about the hotel shuttle upon check in, then I went and waited by the shuttle 15 minutes before the hour as they told me there was no need to pre book it. After waiting and seeing no driver, I Went to inquire at the front desk. Only to be told that the shuttle stops running at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. It would’ve been really nice if somebody had said that when we checked in. Also when I went to the restaurant to eat breakfast I went to pay with cash and apparently this is a no cash hotel. As cash is legal tender in the USA I make it a point to not provide business at businesses that do not except cash. Nice room but won’t be back.”
