“My second time staying here and they lived up to my expectations once again. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The text system they use to greet you and assist with any issues is awesome. Had an issue with my TV's and within minutes, someone was there to fix it and it was fixed! Can't wait to go back”

“I travel quite a lot for work and one thing you really don't want to have to worry about is whether you will have a comfortable and stress free hotel to return to at the end of a long day. The Cambria in downtown White Plains had that covered. I'll start with the parking situation because that is your first stop. For this hotel, parking is essentially the first impression for the place. I generally attempt to find some sort of parking option that is self parking with the hotels I visit for work because I am in and out of the hotel so frequently and multiple times a day and night. This hotel only has valet parking. There is no self-parking option associated with the hotel. There is a large parking structure around the corner attached to the shopping center but I am not totally sure on the hours and such. It is a pay by hour garage but again, not sure if it is open 24/7 or not. I never noticed. Straight from the airport, I pulled into the entrance and was met by one of the awesome valets, Tyron. He greeted me right away, was very professional, and helpful. I asked him whether they ran the valet 24/7 or not. The valet is open from 6 am until 10 pm (double check if you are outside of those hours but I believe that's what they told me) I knew that my schedule was going to involve being gone until after midnight most nights and Tyron reassured me by telling me he would pass the info on to the other valets so they would all be aware and that they would leave a space in the holding area there for me to put the car when I returned. He advised me to just park it there, give the keys to the front desk, and they would take care of it. The entire valet team (and I'm sorry I didn't get all of their names throughout the week) were great. The hotel is very clean inside and well kept. Everyone I engaged with at the front desk was kind and helpful. Philip checked me in and got everything all set. The rooms are clean and spacious. There's a nice area to sit and watch tv or work. There is a separate counter area with the coffee maker, fridge, and microwave which was nice. I try to go get some healthier grocery options and such to keep in the room so I'm not just constantly eating out while on the road (and especially for the extremely late nights when I get back and everything is closed). There is a concierge line that you use for everything. I'm not sure exactly how quick it was but within a few minutes of getting up to my room and settled, I had a text from the front desk asking if everything was good with the room. You can text the number any time if you need anything for the room and you also use the number to text your ticket number whenever you need your car. The valet ticket says to allow 15 minutes but I never waited once. I always tried to give the 15 minutes but even if I didn't, the valets always beat me out there. I don't want to miss any of the people I engaged with by leaving them out but I want the hotel to know that every single person I encountered was professional and kind. I also had a quick interaction with a member of the housekeeping staff. I didn't want to just leave a big grocery bag of trash in my room so I asked her if there was somewhere I could take it. After we worked through the fact that there was a language barrier, I did my best to speak Spanish with her (thanks google) and she insisted I didn't need to worry about that. Like I said, Great experience, check in to check out. This is already a novel but I have to mention the area. Perfect spot. You can walk quite literally right outside the door and have all kinds of food and shopping options. There are several restaurants right there underneath the hotel (on street level), if you walk about 30 seconds, you will see a mall that has a shop rite, target, movies, etc. Go about a block and a half down Main Street, make a left and that entire street is full of food options.”
