This location is under construction. It was late and we were tired, so I didn't check the reviews. Big mistake. Besides the room being in disrepair I'm not even sure if it had been cleaned. I have a tendency to stay with the Wyndham properties and they have similar bedding at each location. Our bed consisted of a bottom sheet and the top cover that normally goes over the down comforter. No comforter and no top sheet. The website indicates that they are dog friendly and you pay a $10 fee for the dog. While checking in I was informed that they are under New Management within the last week or two and they wanted to charge me $50 non-refundable fee on top of our nightly rental rate which was overpriced for what they were providing for my dog. It was even more irritating when I saw the condition of the room that they had the audacity to ask for a $50 non-refundable fee for the dog.

Our room wasn’t even clean. Microwave didn’t work. TV remote missing. Paint peeling. Holes. Door wouldn’t stay shut unless it was locked. Carpet had random trash and dirt. Toilet paper in the shower floor. Beds were made but there was only a light sheet and no comforter… although there is a lot around this location it felt uncomfortable. It was very run down and not the nicest people staying there. You pay for a 3 star hotel but it’s a barely a 1 star and it’s not even worth that money. Would not recommend this Ramada, it was very nasty and not worth the money.

I made my reservation thinking if will be a pleasant experience, however, it was far from even it being average! This property is a perfect example of cheap, dingy motel being given an upscale name to increase sales even though it's so far from meeting even Motel 6 standards! I was greeted by cockroaches on the bathroom floor after which I discovered holes in my bedsheets!! The ceiling had cracks all over and the entire room reeked of a weird odor to it! On top of it all, the room phone didn't work either! I tried to reach the front desk using my cell phone but no one answered! I would recommend everyone to avoid this property at all costs!!!

This place was awful. They messed up our reservation, then simply cancelled it and told us to book again through a third party, costing us more money. While waiting in the lobby, another guest came in and said they had been given someone else's room key. Our air conditioner knob was broken off and the room was hot. the shower water barely got lukewarm. The pool water had chunks of white stuff floating around in it, and was too cloudy to even see the second stair. They advertised hot eggs for breakfast, as well as a full continental breakfast. This was not the case. No eggs, i had to go into the employee lounge to get sugar for the coffee, the waffle maker was broken, and the place was a mess. There was Garbage piling up in breezeways, and a significant amount of exposed rust, both in and out of my room. I will say, much of this may be due to a lack of help. But if Wyndham wants to keep a safe and healthy space as a minimum for their guests, they should address the issue, post-haste. I'm usually easily satisfied with accommodations, but this place made me feel concerned for the safety and health of not only my wife and I, but the community-at-large. One Star

Warning, Warning, this place has all the requirements for being listed as an authorized place to avoid staying at all cost. If you use hotel.com the reservation is non refund. Don’t take any chances on booking this place the pictures are misleading. Everything is below any human standards for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I definitely would not recommend a traveler to stay at this local dump. There is no phone inside the rooms, the water in the shower runs 24/7. You can’t turn off the faucet. The vanity light does not work. We had to unplug a lamp and sit it on the counter to use the vanity mirror. I want to know how this place is able to remain open as a local business. It’s filthy and there’s not even a dead bolt security lock on the door. I would not recommend even to think about consuming anything from a continental breakfast choice here…Please, don’t bother to stay here, if you do ask to see the room upon arrival before choosing to stay in this filthy dump.
