“A BIG BIG SCAM!!!!
The worst experience one can have thanks to this horrible hotel which is nowhere close to 4 stars as it claims. Expensive belongings were stolen from the room right after it was cleaned. You can read many reviews saying the same thing that their belongings like cash/cards etc were stolen. I made a big mistake by not checking the reviews. Kindly see their reviews and book at your own risk. We all know Paris is not the safest city however, while booking a bloody 4 star hotel, who expects to be robbed in the hotel premises itself? This hotel holds no accountability for the safety of their guests. The staff is useless in helping. My bag was stolen from the room and on asking the staff to help, they said they cannot do anything as their hotel staff is very "loyal". Honestly, this hotel is a big joke. It feels like they have a whole system where they plan and rob their customers. PLEASE PLEASE BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM!!!”

“Rooms are a bit small but that is to be expected here. No stars subtracted because of it. I stayed here for 4 nights. The included breakfast is nice but there could be more variation as it did get a bit boring after the 3rd day. It was all super fresh!
The rooms and bathrooms are clean!
The staff was very, very friendly and can deal very well with guests that speak other languages.
I would for sure stay here again! The reason for 4 stars is just because of the breakfast being not too varied! Recommended for sure!”
