“I stayed here on my first trip to Japan from England in March. The hotel staff were very friendly on check in and booked me a taxi to Universal Studios Japan without any hassle. They also arranged my luggage to be sent to my next hotel and were very willing to help (their English was good.) I stayed in a standard double corner room and the room was spacious, clean and the bathroom had a lovely deep bath. The room was equipped with everything I needed for my two night stay. Breakfast was a buffet and had both western and Japanese options. It was very fresh and delicious. The hotel is located in Umeda and is close to Osaka station (about 16 mins walk). It's also about 5-10min walk to the nearest metro station. There are lots of good restaurants in the area and the shopping mall in Osaka station is great. Overall, I had a lovely stay here.”

“This experience was quite disappointing as you had to pay for the pool, sauna and gym. There were no laundry rooms which was a tad bit inconvenient as I was staying for quite some time. Inside the room, items including a television, a fridge, cleaning and bathing equipments, and some beverages were provided. There were also banquet halls, membership lounge”
