Hotel muito confortável e que aceita animais de estimação. Tudo muito limpo e os quartos muito legal. Todo o pessoal muito amigável. Muito boa opção para ir com amigos peludos! O restaurante é muito notável, o menu do dia é excepcional !! Pratos caseiros de muito boa qualidade. Existe também um menu de pratos de arroz que são formidáveis. 100% recomendado tanto o hotel quanto o restaurante

Perfeito. Limpo, aconchegante, bem localizado, tudo como novo, para não dizer novo (até cheirava a recém-pintado). A recepcionista do hotel, onde as chaves devem ser recolhidas, é muito profissional e amigável. Sem dúvida vamos repetir em visitas futuras.

Batidas, ruídos, discussões, brochuras ... - Não custa colocar óleo nas dobradiças de todas as portas porque cada vez que você abre ou fecha uma parece um filme de terror. - A caldeira parece estar se desmontando com o barulho. - Merece uma menção especial a banheira, velha, enferrujada e bolorenta como se podem ver nas fotografias. - A limpeza inicial bastante escassa e com restos de pão na cozinha e areia no chão, e a hora extra de limpeza ao preço de sangue de unicórnio. - Você tem que levar o carro para praticamente tudo.Resumindo, se você é um grupo de crianças que vai passar uns dias brincando, não hesite, é o seu lugar, eu o escolheria. Se você é uma família com bebês, nem pense nisso, você tem outras opções para avaliá-los.

In the apartments they tell us that they don't have them, we call the hotel and they tell us that they don't either, that we talk to the restaurant and they tell us that they can't leave us any. So the manager covered himself with glory by telling us that without a problem because if we had known, we would have considered other possibilities than having the girl on top of all meals. - Walls of paper, you can hear absolutely everything, and everything is everything. I do not know who was the enlightened one who put the ventilation inlets of the bathrooms, but they are placed at the same height on all floors and you can hear perfectly when the neighbor goes to piss. Perfecto. Limpio, acogedor, bien situado, todo como nuevo, por no decir nuevo (hasta olía a recién pintado). El recepcionista del hotel donde han de recogerse las llaves muy profesional y amable. Sin duda repetiremos en próximas visitas.

Tras haber estado una semana ahí a mediados de junio y poner un poco en orden las ideas, la experiencia ha resultado negativa.Lo positivo: - Urbanización bien cuidada y con buenas instalaciones(piscinas, tenis, césped etc). - Mucha zona de aparcamiento y parking cerrado propio. - Dos terrazas en el apartamento. - Camas muy grandes y cómodas (hay opiniones que dicen lo contrario pero a mi me pareció así, supongo que nos tocarían las nuevas).Lo negativo: - Después de reservar y solicitar cuna y trona específicamente, y después de confirmar la solicitud por teléfono hasta TRES veces antes de ir, llegamos y ni lo uno ni lo otro si bien es cierto que Cristina nos trajo cuna ese mismo día, pero la trona aun la esperamos. En los apartamentos nos dicen que ellos no tienen, llamamos al hotel y nos dicen que ellos tampoco, que hablemos con el restaurante y estos nos dicen que no nos pueden dejar ninguna. Así que el gerente se cubrió de gloria al decirnos que sin problema porque de haberlo sabido hubiésemos valorado otras posibilidades que tener a la niña encima todas las comidas. - Paredes de papel, se escucha absolutamente todo, y todo es todo. No sé quién fue el iluminado que puso las entradas de ventilación de los baños, pero están puestas a la misma altura en todos los pisos y escuchas perfectamente cuando el vecino va a mear. Y al de arriba y al lado montar la fiesta. De verdad, es como tener la discoteca en tu habitación. Golpes, ruidos, discusiones, folletos... - No está de más echar aceite en las bisagras de todas las puertas porque cada vez que abres o cierras una parece una película de terror. - La caldera parece que se va a desmontar del ruido que hace. - La bañera merece mención a parte, vieja, oxidada y con moho como podéis ver en las fotografías. - La limpieza inicial bastante escasa y con restos de pan en la cocina y arena en el suelo, y la hora de limpieza extra a precio de sangre de unicornio. - Hay que coger el coche prácticamente para todo.Resumiendo,si sois un grupo de chavales que vais a pasar unos días de cachondeo no lo dudéis,es vuestro sitio, yo lo elegiría. Si sois una familia con bebés ni se os ocurra, tenéis otras opciones para valorarlas.

Um apartamento amplo, com muitos detalhes: televisão na sala, televisão na sala principal. Eles ainda deixam um kit de higiene com todos os itens de que você precisa, incluindo máscaras, hidrogel e luvas. Muito surpreso com a amplitude do apartamento.

Os quartos são muito espaçosos, com uma janela enorme com vistas espetaculares e o nascer do sol. Muito limpo e com as medidas de segurança necessárias (e mais). Não há piscina externa, apenas uma pequena e aquecida sem redes ou cadeiras ou qualquer coisa para deixar toalhas. A atenção normal.

Apartamentos espaçosos e confortáveis. Bem equipado. No inverno bom aquecimento. Zona tranquila, pode-se ir ao centro e à praia a pé, o retorno é difícil. Destacar a simpatia dos proprietários, embora estivéssemos atrasados, tudo era fácil, o mesmo no dia da partida, um detalhe que eles nos deixaram sair mais tarde.

Apartamentos amplios y cómodos. Bien equipados. En invierno buena calefacción. Zona tranquila, se puede ir al centro y a la playa andando, la vuelta es cuesta arriba. Destacar la amabilidad de los dueños, aunque llegamos tarde todo fueron facilidades, lo mismo el día de salida, todo un detalle que nos dejaran salir más tarde.

Las habitaciones muy amplias, con una cristalera enorme con unas vistas y un amanecer espectaculares. Muy limpio y con las medidas de seguridad necesarias (y más). No hay piscina exterior, solo una pequeña climatizada sin hamacas ni sillas ni nada donde dejar las toallas. La atención normalita.

Un sitio súper recomendable 👌para ir con toda la familia. Dispone de todo lo que necesitas en una casa. Muy limpio y muy cómodo. Volveremos seguro.

The very spacious rooms, with a huge window with spectacular views and a sunrise. Very clean and with the necessary security measures (and more). There is no outdoor pool, just a small heated one without hammocks or chairs or anything to leave towels. The normal attention.

The apartment was spacious, however it was not well cleaned and not well soundproofed from neighbors/outside. Had to wear socks/shoes the whole time because the floors were so dirty. Had difficulty sleeping due to noise in stairwells and outside.

We stayed in one of your apartments. The apartment was very nice, very clean and spacious. It was a pity the patio was neglected. Weeds growing on it and no patio furniture. It could be a lovely part of the apartment. Also we thought it was strange we had to buy our own toilet paper. I was disappointed there was not better recycling available. I understand that this is something that Comillas town council organises. But it would have been nice to see the hotel being proactive about it and providing bins for recycling.

The hotel is at the top of the Comillas away from beach (apprx 15 mins walking). It is a green sorrounded area and peaceful. Breakfast is nice but it is changing in terms of variety and quality...
