“Las habitaciones estaban limpias y sin errores, pero sin desayuno continental solo magdalenas de manzana y canela Soy alérgico a la manzana y el café de canela estaba frío sin nevera sin microondas sin bañera para sumergirse a $ 98 la habitación por noche no vale la pena”
— Cristina McCrea
“It was horrible! We switched rooms 3 times due to the showers not working. There was a dead bat in the middle of the lobby and when I mentioned it to the front desk I was told it just eats bugs and wouldn't bother me! It was dead so I'm sure it wasn't going to "bother" anybody but still at almost $180 per night not something I want to see. The headboards were torn in several places. The fixtures in the room seemed to be attached by toddlers as they were very loose. The beds were rock hard and pillows very thin. Whole outlets didn't work as well as the phones didn't work so couldn't call to the front desk. The lady at the front desk rolled her eyes at me several times as if my complaints were unfounded! I thought I was getting a nice cushy room for what I was spending. DO NOT waste your money here. The restaurant was mediocre and like the hotel not worth the money.”
