“Room is fine, liked the big bath tub. Breakfast was OK. Room service was HORRIBLE and never came despite ordering 3 times. I ordered a pizza last night and it never came, just said pending. The drink I ordered was rejected, no reason why. Today I ordered fries and it said the order was approved. I wait an hour, and when I call to ask when they were coming they said they don't serve fries before 12? So why approve my order? I just wanted to relax in my room and now I'm hungry and frustrated.”
