“Meu marido e eu reservamos este hotel para nossa lua de mel e ficamos por 7 noites. No geral, tivemos uma estadia bastante média. Foi decente o suficiente para uma estadia de uma semana inteira, no entanto, não posso dizer que podemos recomendar com confiança aos outros.Prós: - Preço foi ótimo para a localização - Restaurante e bar foram fantásticos. Bebidas bem feitas e comida deliciosa / de alta qualidade. Poderia dizer que eles usam ingredientes incríveis. - Acesso à praia e cadeiras de cortesia foram incríveis. A proximidade com a praia também era super conveniente, pois você podia ir quantas vezes quisesse. - As áreas de piscina e pátio eram limpas, modernas e não superlotadas. - O preço não era ruim. Ainda caro, uma vez que você conta as taxas do resort, mas isso é esperado em South Beach. - No geral, uma localização incrivelmente conveniente!Contras: - Os edifícios são antigos. Espere o que pode vir com edifícios antigos. Por exemplo, todas as noites nosso quarto parecia úmido no calor da Flórida. Tão úmido que até os livros que trouxemos conosco ficaram enrolados pela umidade. Nossos lençóis também estavam úmidos na primeira noite. Este foi claramente um problema porque nós ainda tivemos uma mancha de água no teto do quarto de hotel com mofo começando a crescer em torno dele. - As paredes são finas como PAPEL. Eu sei que há algum barulho que se espera com hotéis. Exceto que podíamos ouvir cada palavra que as pessoas ao nosso lado diziam enquanto estávamos na sala. - Serviço de quarto: irregular na melhor das hipóteses. Quando solicitamos toalhas novas, a senhora da recepção foi incrivelmente distante sobre isso. - Atendimento dentro e ao redor das áreas do bar: Em mais de uma ocasião, sentamos no bar ou no pátio e tivemos que esperar mais de 10 minutos sem atendimento. Isso normalmente não seria um problema, pois entendemos que muitos lugares têm problemas de pessoal no momento, mas meu marido e eu contamos mais de 10 servidores / trabalhadores na área do restaurante uma vez e ninguém veio nos ajudar. Na maioria das vezes, apenas tínhamos que nos aproximar de alguém e pedir um menu, apenas podíamos receber o reconhecimento, mesmo que estivesse sentado. Parecia que não havia direção/ninguém encarregado de direcionar as pessoas para onde elas precisavam estar. Também testemunhamos dois servidores discutindo na nossa frente sobre o que precisava ser limpo / feito. Caramba.Depois de se hospedar, parece que este hotel é mais voltado para o público mais jovem/esporão do momento, e não para pessoas que procuram uma experiência relaxante e sofisticada do resort.”

“The hotel is modern and comfortable to stay in. The main level pool is a nice size. The rooftop pool is just to cool off, you cannot swim in it. But we mostly crossed the road to the beach and swam there. Kids loved this place. The staff is delightful. Their fitness center is good although compact, you find everything you need. Parking is available, and the beach is right across from the hotel.”
