“I stayed here for 4 nights 5 days, and oh my lord I wish I didn’t. After day 3 I went to the front desk and asked to get my towels replaced. They told me room service was done for the night but they would gladly request for them to stop by in the morning. I was like great awesome. Except they never came. On check out day, they charged me a $30 a night fee that they never disclosed with me when I checked in. Their pathetic excuse was someone should’ve told me at check in, but somehow that’s my fault and should come out of my pocket. I bought food from the lobby, brought it to the pool and was told by an employee I can’t do that. They told me I had to buy food from the pool area. This place seems awesome but they rob all of their guests. Don’t recommend staying here if it’s the last place in Miami.”
