“Hotel limpio y con buenas y completas habitaciones. Es cierto que al servicio de limpieza se le oye a veces desde temprano, pero nada que no se oiga en otros hoteles. Destacar la excelente atención de Leopoldo, muy amable y atento en todo momento, indicándonos incluso sitios donde comer o lugares que visitar, además de agilizar todos los trámites y preocuparse por nuestra comodidad desde el primer momento. Si volvemos a Santander, no dudamos en repetir.”
