“You get what you pay for. Rooms are very affordable but very basic and smaller than expected however the price you pay for it. Makes it fair. The room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location wise its in the centre of the city which is convenient just means a lot of traffic surronding the area.”

“You honestly pay for what your getting. Me and my partner stopped here after a few drinks around Birmingham, great location and everything within walking distance. Hotel itself is very tired and poorly maintained. Staff were friendly but very minimal, loads of noise from the road with constant sirens and horns. Lift was like waiting for a train very unpredictable and took so long in the end just used the stairs. I don’t think I will be stopping at the hotel again I’ll pay the extra for somewhere nice and quite.”
