“Do not let my three star rating discourage you from visiting this Hyatt Regency location. You will receive five star service from check in to check out and that's what will make your stay pleasant. The location offers a beautiful view of the marina. There are so many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel decor is extremely dated. I just didn't get that feeling of being in a "luxury" hotel. The rooms offers all the amenities (robes, slippers, coffee, tea, toiletries). I read s company purchased the hotel and they plan to build another luxury hotel on the site. I enjoyed my stay and will continue staying at Hyatt properties”

“Stay was a good time. Parts of the hotel do seem dated. Staff are 5 stars. Pool area was great. What I liked less is hotel had a convention and a cheer group event during my dates. They used the common space that at times took away from use of those not part of the events.. such as lobby seating area. Wish it was different. They have activities to do off site but what I would have liked is a good shuttle program to other areas or the beach. I did see a shuttle to a restaurant if you wanted to leave to eat.
While mentioning food it's a bit limited. When I looked for dinner I noticed half the menu was same as offered at the pool.
We had a mid sized car rental if your going into downtown get a car as small as you can.
Great beaches and restaurants easy drive to visit.”
