“Every visit to every Hampton I've visited has been delightful. Honestly its the only hotel chain that I've stayed in other than when I went to Miami”

“Didn't have the service that l expected. Call front desk also didn't have answers , transferd to the manager also didn't know what to do . Finally supervisor called and said because of covid-19 we couldn't get TV service . What does covid-19 has to do with local cable? The hotel front door couldn't open on it's own.... Sorry but it was a horrible experience ...never saying there again.”
